Small Town Gnomes
Met a friend at Twisted Butler this morning. It was our first time coming here and it was great.
My friend had a mocha and loved it. I had a vanilla latte which was delicious, I also had a ham and cheese croissant sooooo good.
Atmosphere was calm and great decor. Lots of seating, a great menu for food , drinks, coffee and more.
It even has a drive through. Service was quick and friendly.
I will definitely be taking my daughter here.

Stopped in to grab a bagel for the road. Asked for a toasted bagel with butter. Got my toasted bagel with a block of butter that might have come out of the freezer. Impossible to spread, super messy… not a functional grab and go breakfast for the car. And employee was definitely not in a fantastic mood this morning.

I rarely get all stars on a review but it was a great place and if you’re looking for a smoothie that has real fruit this is the place. I also got a latte and I didn’t get any flavors in it I’d say it was a little strong for what I typically would drink but I would try them again and maybe just tweak that because the espresso itself does taste good.

I was a little disappointed with my recent visit. This is the second time I’ve had trouble getting service at the drive-thru speaker. Today, I waited for a while before pulling up to the window and ringing the doorbell twice. No one came out, although I could hear activity inside. Facebook showed the location was open, so I was a bit confused.
When someone finally came to the door ( older gentleman maybe the owner) there wasn’t any communication of “ What can I get for you?” He just stood there without saying anything which made the experience feel a little awkward. I ordered a 24 oz THOMAS. When I received my drink, it had A LOT of ice, the color and taste didn’t seem quite right. The THOMAS is usually blue, but mine looked like pink dirty water and tasted very sour and overly sweet.
My sister has visited before and her Lotus drinks look nothing like mine and tasted 100% better. After taking 3 sips, I wasn’t able to finish the drink, which was disappointing. I was just hoping for something that was close to home other than Dutch Bros. I hope this feedback helps improve future visits and customer service.

We enjoyed our experience today at Twisted Butler Cafe. I had an almond milk mocha, one friend an iced latte and the other girl had a smoothie (which she loved). I’m pretty picky on the coffee so I’m going to give it a few more tries before I decide. But the banana bread was excellent. The atmosphere was nice. The couch was cozy. A sweet girl named Anna helped us. She was cheerful, kind and helpful. I’m glad Nampa/ Caldwell has another coffee shop. Nice place for a small meeting or hanging out with a friend.

Would be 5 stars but…
The drinks are great. Staff is friendly. Service is slow… but my biggest reason for taking off 1 star is that they are always out of the food items I try to order on their menu. Why have it on the menu if it is never in stock? This shop is neighborhood so I’ve stopped many times and 99% of the time I cannot order what I actually want.

Sooo good. Been there twice and both times the coffee was phenomenal. Skip Starbucks and Dutch and go here! They have all kinds of blended and iced drinks not just coffee! The burritos are pretty good too. Give them a chance. You WILL NOT be disappointed ❤️

Customer service was great, but dang you spend $13 bucks on two coffees and one isn’t even completely full. (It was the one coffee I paid for extra shots and asked for no foam lol) again the girls were sweet and all but the coffee is not worth it at all. Plus not a fan of the flavor ♀️

Coffee is just Coffee to me, but the sandwiches are great. Way better than the microwaved garbage at Starbucks. Ashley was real nice and professional also.

I want to like this coffee shop because it is local and right next to my house, but they have yet to get my order right. Either they don’t honor their monthly special discount and charge me full price… or this is the second time in 3 weeks they’ve given me a hot coffee instead of iced. Sadly I’m in a hurry to have them remake it. The staff also isn’t the friendliest! Will be switching to Dutch bros when it opens down the street!
