Big selection of ice cream! I got a large scoop of butter pecan in a waffle cone, and the hubby got a blue moon. We enjoyed the cones. Despite a big crowd the service was quick and courteous. Come check them out!

Yes it’s pretty much your typical local ice cream stand. Just a quaint little stand with a few picnic tables, nothing fancy. But isn’t that what you love about them. The perfect destination for a walk or bike ride with a large selection of pretty much any ice cream concoction you can dream up, from simple to extra fancy. There’s a Royal Reese’s sunday that’s abit pricey but plenty for two to share and it’s quite spectacular. Staff is always friendly and even when there’s a line it moves fairly quick.

Local ice cream shacks are often the best, and Twist ‘N Dip is no exception! Delicious, friendly, and offering an enormous variety of frozen treats. Hot dogs too! Prices have gone up however (I mean, where haven’t they?) so I don’t visit as often as I’d like. I think the last time I went I paid like $6 for a large shake. Mind you, it was fantastic (and BIG), but that cost is something to consider.
