Was gifted a box with browiies and a lemon bar by one of my students who knows I am celiac. Brought them to the family xmas (cut them into bite size pieces myself) and they were a big hit! SO thrilled to learn Twist exists. Can’t wait to visit VERY soon.

Went there for the first time today . Drove pretty far to try it . Wasn’t much direction on if we should wait to be seated or go in any particular direction upon entry. Food and drinks were wonderful and it’s nice to not have to worry about gluten free options . When we finished eating we went directly up to the counter to order bakery items . Dark brown haired woman (not sure of name) was nice until we added something on at the end . We got a full eye roll , so obviously annoyed with us ! I noticed and said “oh I’m sorry !” . I was so taken back by that . But the food was wonderful and everyone else was nice .

So I’ve been coming here for the last 8 to 10 years, i’m not necessarily gluten free, but I absolutely love coming here for breakfast.
I usually come on a Saturday every now and again, but one thing about this place is that it’s also a fantastic spot to get breakfast during the week. So that’s exactly what I did!
I tend to bounce around between the french toast and pancake breakfast. The 2 breakfasts are both served with real maple syrup, which most restaurants don’t give you, and the recipe for both of them consists of an all organic recipe, and all natural ingredients. This place is very transparent with what they use in their food, which is a good thing.
I’ve had a bunch of their bakery items and they’re all amazingly delicious. I will be back, that’s for sure.

The sheer undertaking of a full-scale bakery and cafe with all traditional offerings but fully gluten-free is impressive.
The sandwich bread was quite dense, and the tacos were obviously gluten free (not the exact taste or texture of traditional flour tortillas) but everything was delicious, and the lovely green and vibrant decor was beautiful.
I also tried a chocolate chip cookie.
You couldn’t tell that was gluten free.
Highly recommend!

A wonderful gluten-free bakery and breakfast/lunch spot. We were traveling in the area and looking somewhere GF friendly. This place hit the spot. We enjoyed the breakfast tacos, the specialty toast and the breakfast sandwich.

I recently ordered through DoorDash and called the store to get more info from the staff about their vegan options. Not only did the employee I speak to give me detailed information about my options, she also helped me ensure my order would be made vegan by the kitchen, as DoorDash had limited editing options. Since then, I’ve ordered a few more times, and the store is always accommodating to ensure my food is made correctly. They also accurately label the bag as “dairy free” or “egg free” for extra assurance. Great food too!

Everything we had was delicious! The whole place is dedicated gf, and they also cater to many allergen-specific allergies. A wide selection of baked goods, breakfast and lunch meals, and fancy coffee-shop beverages. They also have some items for take and bake, both sweet and savory. We were in just for the day for a sports tournament, but bought a few items to take home in a freezer bag that we bought at the grocery store next door and they filled the ziplock bag we gave them with ice to help keep it frozen for the ride home! Great service, great food, great atmosphere 10/10! We’re saving this one for the next time we’re in the area!

I went here for the first time today and was so surprised at the surplus of dairy-free/gluten-free/egg-free/etc options! Finally, a place where I can eat without worry- and the food + treats are absolutely DELICIOUS! I spoke with Barah specifically and she was so helpful, kind and informative. Will definitely be returning and also going to their second location in Burlington!

Dedicated gluten free facility, very tasty options. We got the melt patty and it was delicious. And the tiramisu as desert was very good, only I wish it wasn’t frozen. But we waited for it to defrost. A good collection of other baked goods too. Nice staff and good sitting options inside and outside.
