Had reservations, a little confusion when we walked in but quickly seated , staff was all very nice ,food was very good , we all left full an happy , the waitress picked up on some birthday cards an asked if was a birthday dinner . An they brought out a lil dessert an sung Happy birthday to my father. Fish an chip , steak plate , minestrone soup (in pic)

Wife and I decided to give this new place a chance so we ordered take out Saturday: unfortunately we were very disappointed. We ordered three things. Calamari, the steak eggs and fries, shrimp Mozambique. They were all horrible. The calamari were cold and rubbery and they forgot the sauce. The steak had zero flavor. The shrimp was salty. The fries were the best part of the meal. Safe to say we will never go or order from there again.

I am extremely picky about Portuguese food so when I tell you the food was delicious, I mean delicious!!! Waitresses were extremely nice. Nice casual dining. Bread was hard and cold but the house steak and soup was so good. 5 stars for sure!!

Ordered takeout the first time and ordered 3 of the Portuguese steak plates and my order was ready in 15 minutes and we all enjoyed our food! Today I had the chance to dine in with my parents and absolutely enjoyed our meals and the Red Sangria! Will definitely visit again soon!

We went for dinner when it initially opened we ordered the daily special and the food was salty and the service wasn’t great. We gave them the benefit of the doubt since it was new, so we gave it some time and try it again. The atmosphere was so loud uou couldn’t hear each other talk. They served old bread and the food was still salty eith no spice to it. Needless to say we will not be returning again.

Used to go often when they were located at St. John’s club. Someone recommended that I go there and try the “Danny Special”, used to be good but they cut down on sizes and steak was like shoe leather.

This place makes delicious food. Pretty big portion sizes as well. I got the baked stuffed scrod and it was very tasty. Staff was friendly. The chicken Mozambique is great as well as the house steak. Definitely recommend visiting here.

Stopped in the other day with my husband for lunch, he ordered the pork and littlenecks and I ordered the baked stuffed cod. I took two bites and realized that the fish wasn’t cooked and had a horrible rubber texture. The waitress came by and asked if I wanted a box to bring it home since I didn’t eat it or the fries that were not done or the bland rice. I told her that I didn’t want a box because I didn’t want to bring uncooked fish home and she said oh ok and took my plate away. When we got the bill the $16.95 for the fish was still on the bill …… we just paid it and left but will not be returning!!
