If I had a choice, they would get a zero from me. We ordered take out on Friday (1/16/2026). The waitress told my hubby till will take 20 minutes. But 40 minutes later my hubby finally get our take out. The grilled chicken was the worse I had. It had no flavor or seasoning and very pale looking. Then the tomato were transparent and my fries were cold and soggy. I was very upset and brought my food back. I even brought the food so they could see for themselves. A gentleman was very nice, apologizing, and offered to help me. But when I asked for my money back I got this waitress with an attitude. It took her 11 minutes to come tell me she can’t refund me right now. She said I have to wait for her boss to get ahold of me. She took my name and phone number. I said are you serious or this just a line? She rolled her eyes and I asked for her boss’s name. The thing she said afterwards is disgraceful for someone in the line of customer service. I would never recommend this place. Today is Monday (1/19/2026) and I still haven’t heard back on my refund. Poor way to run a business.

The western burger and the mushroom burger were delicious! The fries exceptional. Inside dining ambiance is upscale from other local places. It had more of an adult crowd vs. a college town hang out lhere is nothing wrong with the college town hang outs, it is just all we have. It is nice to have a place for us older folks to chill. The two reasons I gave the food a 4 star are 1. One burger was overcooked and 2. the other burger order was missing the onion rings. Everyone is new so I am sure it will work itself out. It takes all of us a few mistakes when learning a new job. The best feature was the price! The same order at another place in town is $50. I spent $22 -+ tip. An excellent value for dinner! Overall, I highly recommend it. Enjoy!

Not a busy week night. Service was excellent, attentive and friendly. Nice place. Ordered double cheeseburger and fries. Came out fast! Hand made patties!! A little over cooked which made them some what dry, but the taste was still good. The nicest part was the griddled bun!!
Downside was the beer I ordered was flat. Upside was the whole team jumped into action to figure out why. I drank it anyway despite their insistence to make it right. A toasted bun like mom used to make and flat beer like my college days had me feeling nostalgic. Worth stopping in

The place looked nice. That’s the best I can say. The wait for food was ridiculous for the number of people in the restaurant. The steak bites were definitely overcooked. The burger patty was handmade but the bun itself tasted awful. Will never return.

My second time coming here. Table was dirty/sticky. The loaded tots were overdone/overcooked. Difficult to eat. Walleye sandwich was a long piece of fish cut in two. One piece flew onto the floor. The ham and cheese sandwich was very dry. Overall not a good food experience. Server was very nice. Nice atmosphere.

First time going to the Twin Town Tavern on September 12th after walking around the car show. First off walking in there and there was empty tables but they were dirty, after standing there for a few minutes someone came over and asked how many people and we told her, said she would clear tables and we said okay, then she got rude and stated we needed to wait out in the entry. Waited for 10 minutes finally came over and stated there were tables ready. They had not been wiped off but we took them anyways since kids were getting antsy. Waited 15 more minutes before they came to take our orders. Waited another 30 minutes before even getting a drink refill sitting there. Order apps they didn’t come out till our food did which took almost an hour to get. Dirty tables they entire time we were there. Issues with our tabs. Pepperoni pizza was spicy which made it unpleasant for our child.
All in all just a lack of customer service and it truly wasn’t that busy and seen servers standing around multiple times as we waited for them to come refill our drinks since we waited so long for our food. Not sure I will be giving this place another try after this horrible experience.
