Four of us (two couples) stopped in around 8:00 on a Saturday night and grabbed four open seats at the bar. We prefer sitting at the bar for the atmosphere, but from the start the energy felt off. The hostess barely acknowledged us, and neither bartender seemed particularly interested in being there. There was little engagement, minimal greeting — just a transactional “what’ll it be?”
We each ordered a beer and immediately noticed the pours were short. At first we thought it might be a one-off, but after watching several other beers come out, it became clear they were all being filled only to about the top of the mug handle — easily a couple ounces shy. When you’re paying premium bar prices, that’s frustrating.
Beyond that, the overall vibe just wasn’t welcoming. The staff appeared disengaged and inconvenienced by basic requests. It didn’t feel fun.
Instead of staying for a few rounds and food — which likely would have meant 2–3 rounds and a solid tip from four people — we had one round and left.
To confirm it wasn’t just an off night at this location, we later stopped by the Twin Peaks at Colorado Mills and experienced the same short pours. I guess this must be a corporate practice rather than a one-time issue.
Unfortunately, the combination of atmosphere and value just didn’t make us want to stay.

When me and my husband first got there we asked for a different table so we could watch the game they told us no this was our only option. When our food came out my food was cold but my husband was warm. I love coming here this is one of our favorite spots we usually have good customer service and good food and a good experience but this time was not really good experience. Aliyah was an excellent server she was really nice and made sure we always had a drink.

My family and I come here pretty regularly! All the staff is always amazing and the food is fantastic! Today Itzel was our server and it was a busy Friday night! And she was on top of excellent service refills, bring extra items, all around an amzing night out to celebrate my son’s award from school! He loved his flat bread pizza as we enjoyed our wings and burgers! Thank you Twin Peaks for always being awesome!

Chandler and Itzel are great bartenders. They made me great shots and recommended new cocktails for me to try. Aliyah did an excelllent job – our table never was waiting for a drink order. She was very attentive to everything we need.

The food lacked flavor, but the service was fantastic! Maegan and Lydia were incredibly attentive and friendly. They kept checking on us, refilling our drinks, and making sure we had everything we needed. Thanks so much for making my first time here enjoyable while watching the Super Bowl.

We visited around 4pm on a Saturday and it was not crowded and there waa plenty of parking. White sangria was great and food was delicious. The spicy chipotle chicken had gteat flavor and it the portions were very generous for the $$.

Started out at the bar with Kaylee, who is a rock star, and decided I deserved flawless service and perfectly timed drinks. Never have to ask for a drink, shes on it 100, and always a smile on her face. .
Ended up moving to the floor and sat in Chandler’s section, where the next level service carried on. Chandler is phenomenal with elite energy, and smile . Also, never had to raise my hand for anything, very attentive to all the customers, effortless.
Every time I’m here. Both of them are consistently dialed in and super, SUPER friendly, which is honestly inconvenient because I live across the street and it’s too easy to walk here lol.

We had the Avacado Smash Burger and Country Fried Steak. Both were very bland and had little flavor. Both were luke warm as well, Fried pickles saved the day as they were awesome. Maegan and her trainee Lydia did an amazing job of keeping our glasses full and making sure we were good as we watched the Superbowl. Maegan showed a master class in guest service and chaos management. Training in a new server while rolling through a full restaurant/bar is no easy task. Nicely done.
