I’m willing to overlook a lot. When I walked in and got seated, the system went down. I can understand that. Things took a while to get out. My drinks were quick, but my appetizer came out at the same time as my entree. I had to wait about 20 minutes to get silverware, which I didn’t get from the waitress, a neighboring table saw me waiting and offered their unused silverware. I ordered the NY strip since I was treating myself to a birthday dinner. The asparagus was blackened, but still raw on the inside. Again, I can overlook that. Mashed potatoes were on the same level, cold and starchy. But it was when I cut into my steak and moved it on the plate that I noticed a hair under it. That was the last straw. All I wanted was to treat myself to a nice dinner and it ended up ruining my night. I have long hair and know this one was not mine. I knew a lot of things were not the waitress’ fault except for the silverware thing, and she was nice enough to take the entree off my ticket. But I left so disappointed, I couldn’t leave the parking lot for a while until I had calmed down.

I had an excellent experience at Twin Peaks, and a huge part of that was our waitress Larissa. From the moment we were seated, she was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. She had a great attitude, kept a positive energy throughout our visit, and made sure we felt taken care of without ever being overbearing.
She was very knowledgeable about the menu, gave great recommendations, and answered all our questions confidently. Our drinks were never empty, food came out exactly as ordered, and she checked in at all the right times to make sure everything was perfect. You can tell she takes pride in her work and truly cares about providing great service.
What really stood out was her professionalism and work ethic! She handled a busy environment with ease, stayed organized, and treated everyone with respect and kindness. She’s the kind of waitress that makes you want to come back, not just for the food, but for the experience

Zayia at Twin Peaks was honestly great. She was super friendly, easy to talk to, and made the whole experience better. Madi, hope, and Kayla were the best bartenders I ever had here!! They were quick, sweet, and made sure I had a great first time. I had the blonde and it was just my style. Kayla recommended the chicken chipotle and I’m glad she did Because it was delicious!!! Thank you all for such a good night.

We ordered several items i ordered the Avocado smash burger wich was delicious but my side is ordered sweet potato fries and recieved reg so she took it to get fixed. Much time went by and I recieved not even room temp sweet potato fries. Beer was delicious as well as the shots. The service was a bit behind on what it should be.
