My experience at Twin Peaks was nothing short of extraordinary. This was my first time visiting, and I had the pleasure of being hosted by Jazmine P. Her exquisite taste and knowledge of the menu made the experience even better she gave excellent recommendations on the burger selections and helped narrow down my choices, which made ordering easy. The food was amazing, but what truly stood out was the service. Jazmine went above and beyond, consistently checking in on me and making sure everything was perfect. It was top-tier customer service, and she made my first Twin Peaks visit a great one!

Visited on 3/3 at approximately 1930, was seated quite promptly with my preference being taken into consideration. My server Ziya was everything you could want in an employee and more. She was engaging, attentive, always had a smile on her face, and actually made me feel welcome. Quite the contrast from their San Marcos location. She accommodated all my ridiculous requests and even made sure I still enjoyed everything that came, plus engaging in personal conversation to take an active interest in her customer. The food was great but that’s always to be expected from these locations as their flavor profiles are unparalleled. It was not too noisy so that you could still hear what was going on or being said to you. Anyways back to Ziya, if you needed a blueprint on a great employee and future manager/trainer this girl is the one.

Had a great experience at Twin Peaks. Our server, Vanessa K. took excellent care of us from start to finish. She was attentive, kept our drinks filled, and made solid recommendations from the menu. Everything came out quickly and just the way we ordered it. Really appreciated the friendly attitude and consistent check-ins. Overall, great service and an enjoyable visit. Would definitely come back.

Jazzz is seriously the best. I’ve known her for a long time, and she still treats me like family every single visit. Her vibe is amazing, she’s always attentive, and she genuinely makes sure you’re taken care of from start to finish. Hands down one of the best servers I’ve ever had. If you go, make sure you ask for Jazzz at twin peaks you won’t regret it!.

I had an amazing experience at Twin Peaks thanks to Chloe and Keegan! Chloe was super friendly, attentive, and made the whole visit feel easy and comfortable. She checked on me often without hovering and made sure we always had what we needed. Her energy is great, and you can tell she cares about giving good service. Keegan brought my food out and was very nice. The food and drinks were great! If you go to Twin Peaks, definitely ask for Chloe or Keegan! They made the whole experience 10/10. Highly recommend!

Camila H. greeted me when I walked in, and she was my waitress. The place wasn’t packed as this was around 4:30PM on a Monday. She was personable and even gave a recommendation for the spicy chipotle chicken. It was very good and not too spicy. Also had the flat bread pizza which was equally good. Managers even stopped by to check how everything was.

I had an excellent experience thanks to our server, Melody. She was professional, attentive, and incredibly friendly from start to finish. She checked on us at just the right times, made great recommendations, and kept the energy fun without being over the top. You can tell she genuinely enjoys taking care of her guests. Melody added a personal touch to the service that made the visit stand out – she’s the kind of waitress that makes you want to come back and ask for her again. Highly recommend her!

Service is great from the girls but the experience overall is not good. They started timing people on drinks. They only allowed us to have 2 drinks within an hour saying they have a new thing that all the twins peaks are doing now. Not a smart business move from my experience. They should in fact be doing the opposite. If you like being baby sat while you drink then go here. I won’t be back. I’ve spent hundreds at this place. It’s not the girls fault, I blame the small pp management. Seriously what a weird vibe. We came in sober and left even more sober!! lol good luck guys!!
