Took my nephew here for lunch, definitely his choice! Our server, Imani, was great: polite, kind, and really attentive. I didn’t have super high expectations for the food, but my Cobb salad was actually very tasty. My nephew got the hot honey wings; they were cooked well with a nice coating, but the flavor didn’t go all the way through they could use a bit more seasoning or marination.
Prices were very reasonable lunch for two under $30 was a great find! The only thing that made me a bit uncomfortable was the tiny uniform, but to each their own. I also noticed I was the only woman dining there for about an hour, so I probably wasn’t their main demographic. Overall, though, the service stood out and Imani made the experience enjoyable!

It’s my first time at this particular chain, and the food was pretty good. I’d definitely recommend the brisket burger, the mac and cheese was a smaller portion than I expected, but it was good as well. The fried pickles were my favorite part, they were well seasoned and required no dressing. Ashley (correct me if i got her name wrong) was an attentive server, in spite of the busy environment. If you want to eat with peace and quiet, come on a weekday, or after dinner rush. They offer discounts for military and food service workers after 10 pm.

Beer is cold and the food is great!Complete change and overhaul in the ladies working the bar vs past visits to this location. Communication is key no matter your gender as a customer, and these ladies knocked it out of the park with their conversation, etiquette and professionalism!

Stopped in recently and had an awesome time! The place itself is great, but the real highlight was our server, Kielii! Not only was she on top of everything, but she made the whole night more fun. Super sweet, funny, and honestly the kind of person who makes you want to come back again (even if it’s just for another round of her energy and smile). Definitely the kind of service that takes a good night and makes it great!

Had lunch yesterday and cant stop thinking how great my server Dani was. She said the new pretzel was very good and it was. Lite and fluffy just wish was little more salt. Then she got my chicken ranch order right which had several substitutions. She also did great job getting refills with me never having to ask. She was friendly and genuine. Ask for Dani and you’ll get great service and smile to warm you up on these cold days.

They make some of the best flavored lemon drops in the area. Spicy mango lemon drop- taste just like Mexican candy.

Kielii is amazing you know how sometimes you never know what kind of person will serve you. This was my first time here and she did her thing from giving me the run down of the menu to popular drinks and my favorite part the wings she recommended. I’ll forever come back here TWIN PEAKS service is top tier. PS get the cheese bites thank me later

I have been to the location in Franklin before this location in Madison is much more spacious. The service and food was nearly comparable but the vibe in Madison was better. Everyone seem to enjoy being at work. I see managers on the floor. I see servers helping each other, which is great. I had the pleasure of having the beautiful Gabby as my server she did a wonderful job, she was very knowledgeable about things on the menu,specials, and add on’s I will definitely be back to watch some football. Look forward to it. I enjoyed the spicy chipotle chicken , my boy had the billionaire burger with loaded fries. Barely spent $60 with a bucket and a beer and an appetizer.

My son has CP. He is in a wheelchair and has to be cared for. I called ahead, and they accommodated far past my expectations. When we got there we were met with an amazing staff, and very respectful patrons. We were able to get seated with enough room to meet our needs, and the, not just our server was awesome. We ate a great meal, and the atmosphere was great. The best part was when we left, I was able to pull my handicap accessible van up front to load my son, and security made sure that we were safe and hassle-free. The guy with the vest on was absolutely awesome and went above and beyond. He deserves recognition, and lord willing if I am able to make it back. I will make that known. I give it 5 stars because I can’t give it more. Many thanks to Twin peaks for making our trip a great one.
