I had a wonderful experience at Twin Peaks. From the very beginning, I felt heard and supported regarding my health condition (Crohn’s disease).

My server, Ymani, was incredibly empathetic and professional. She quickly consulted with the manager, who personally came to my table to explain how the menu could be safely modified so I could eat without worries and enjoy my time with friends.

The manager was familiar with Crohn’s disease and knew exactly how to help me, which gave me confidence and peace of mind when ordering. Thanks to his knowledge and attention, I was able to eat safely and truly enjoy myself.

I felt very happy and grateful. This is definitely a place where empathy and customer service make a real difference.
Thank you for making me feel welcomed and cared for!

I was utterly upset and disgusted with how u was treated at the Brandon,FL location. From the time I walked in to get my (7:33pm) order as that was the time it said it would be ready. Which I ended up having to wait 10mins as it was not ready. I think asked the host for a drink due to my inconvenience and having to wait (which I feel was not a big ask) she responded and said she can’t. So I asked for a manager whom I spoke with Marcel and MICHAEL the on duty managers who then said my food just came up but this regarded the drink that I asked for. As a person in customer service especially corporate this was very unprofessional and their was not one once of empathy towards me and not to mention the attitude the girl had towards me from the time I walked to the host stand. So I got my food finally 17 minutes later and they forgot my jalapeño that came with my order haven’t waited so long you would of thought they would had double checked the order before brining it to me. Not the case. So I the get all the way home ready to eat my food to see that all three of my tacos were extremely brunt at this point I am furious having drove all the way back home and to now have to drive and waste unnecessary gas that I should not have had to is beyond ridiculous. I get there speak with both of the guys and tell them this is unbelievable and unacceptable and I clearly wanted a refund. From start to finish this experience got worse and worse. I told MICHAEL the issue and both of the had no regards to how unhappy I was have not type of empathy and made me feel even worse as a customer. I really feel like the kitchen people were trying to be funny with my order. Even with me face to face and expressing to them both the lack of empathy they had towards me and my inconvenience they still gave none. So he went processed the refund and then wants to come back and give me the receipt and a free chips and salsa like the fact that asked for a measly drink from hump that thy could not even accommodate me is diabolical and to think after how I was treated that I would even want to support this business absolutely not. I literally was just telling my cousin how good they were and not I and forced to banned them completely due to the lack of customer service. As a major corporation you would think they would make things right for the customer so that it would not escalate to this measure but sadly this is the route I have to go to. In order to be seen and heard.

This company handled this situation so distasteful. The restaurant literally flipped the issue so they made themselves look as if they did nothing wrong. As a company there was no accountability from upper management on how they restaurant made me feel they did nothing to show any type of empathy and accused me of things that I did not do this is beyond baffling I expected way more from a big named company like themselves. I respectfully will never go to this location. I do feel like they played victim, and they basically made me feel like my concerns were not heard and they had done no wrong when in fact there really was. Please be aware if you choose to spend your money here at this location. I highly recommend not going to this location awful customer service and management!

I posted the conversation to show how the restaurant location completely made up lies and deception to make them look like they did no wrong and that I was the “aggressor” when in fact I was not and they choose to treat me racially per the hostess in the front and so management can think that they did no wrong which is crazy for a company.

Scarlet at Twin Peaks Restaurants is an absolute ROCK STAR.

From the moment we sat down, Scarlet brought the energy, confidence, and precision of a headliner on a sold-out tour. The service was flawless — fast, attentive, and genuinely friendly — the kind that makes you feel like a VIP, not just another table.

The food? Straight fire. Every bite was on point, cooked perfectly, and delivered hot and fresh. You can tell when a server truly knows the menu and takes pride in what they’re serving, and Scarlet absolutely crushed it.

If you’re coming to Twin Peaks and don’t get Scarlet, you’re missing the main act. Legendary service, killer food, and a vibe that turns a great meal into an unforgettable experience. I’ll be back — front row.

Highly recommend.

I cannot believe the service we received tonight. I first called to see if we could have a table for 15, as we were coming from a charity event. I was told they do not take reservations, but they weren’t busy and we should just come down. I even told the young lady we would be there in 15 minutes, and she assured me it wouldn’t be a problem.

Well, we arrive exactly 15 minutes later and the place is packed. I politely asked about our previous conversation, and she simply said, “Well, we’re busy now…” She then told us it would be 25 minutes. Against my better judgment, we agreed to stay. One of our guests later went up to check how much longer, and she told him our “table for 2” was almost ready. He explained that we needed a table for 15, and she replied, “Oh, I only put it for 2.” Wow.

After another 15–20 minutes, we were seated at two separate tables, not even together. But fine—let’s eat. We ordered roughly 75 wings, fries, and drinks. The fries came out first and were actually amazing—great fries! Then we waited… and waited. No wings. Finally, after all the fries were gone, the wings started coming out, half-cooked and rubbery. Many were red inside. I called the manager over, showed him the raw meat, and he said, “That happens with a tendon.” I’m not a professional chef, but I’ve eaten plenty of wings and have never seen them come out like that. (Photos included.)

He offered to remake them, but at that point—after over an hour and food being served in two separate rounds—I politely declined and asked for the bill. To his credit, the manager was polite and left the wings for others in our group to take home if they wanted.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place. I would suggest going somewhere with a staff that cares and understands how to properly cook the food they’re known for. Very, very disappointing visit, and we most likely will not be back.

I had an amazing experience at Twin Peaks in Tampa thanks to Jasmine. From the moment she greeted our table, her energy and professionalism stood out. She was attentive without being overbearing, always checking in at the right time and making sure our drinks and food were perfect.

What impressed me most was how personable she was friendly, genuine, and with a great attitude that made the whole visit even better. It’s rare to come across service that feels both professional and sincerely warm, but Jasmine delivered exactly that.

She truly went above and beyond, and it’s clear she takes pride in providing outstanding service. If you’re visiting Twin Peaks in Tampa, I definitely recommend asking for Jasmine, you won’t be disappointed!

Atmosphere is good. Beer is super cold….which is great. Service was not good. Bar is very slow also. We received our appetizer and ate it before a beer was served.
Food was good. I ordered the chicken fried steak. The grilled green beans that came with it are amazing. Prices seem fair for the quality and amount served.
Overall, we will give it another chance. Everyone has a bad night. My suggestion, have servers focus on customers more.

First off, when placing the order online, once you hit “pay” there is no option to add a tip or select a pickup time. As soon as I completed payment, the order was automatically sent to the kitchen. When I called to ask if the food could be prepared about 45 minutes later, I was told they couldn’t adjust the timing with the cooks.

When we arrived to pick up our to-go order, Sydni was at the hostess desk. When we told her we were there for a pickup, she immediately walked off to pack the order without asking for a name or confirming any details. When I told her to have a great day, she didn’t respond.

My coworker and I stepped outside to check the order and noticed one of the soups was missing. We went back inside to let her know, and at that time she was cutting and brushing her hair with scissors behind the desk, which I personally find inappropriate in a restaurant setting. I showed her the order slip indicating that a soup had been ordered, but she said we didn’t receive it because “there was nothing on the order.” I then pointed out exactly where the chili was listed on the receipt.

Additionally, I don’t agree with being charged an extra $6 to upgrade my meal for a soup that was only about halfway full (photo attached for reference). The bread on the chicken ranch sandwich was also extremely soggy, and the quesadillas were missing the corn and black beans that were supposed to be included.

Overall, this was not a good experience, and unfortunately it has left a negative impression.

Scarlet was awesome from start to finish. Super personable and super attentive to the table. She never let our drinks get low and water was always filled.

The food came out in a timely manner and the price to portion was great. This is basically an upscale Hooters/Wing House. Food is way better and the service is far superior.

We will definitely be back during football season.

The atmosphere was energetic….the drinks and food were amazing. I had the philly cheese steak sandwich, and let me tell ya…flavortown. But the best part of my experience was the amazing service I had with Destiny and Elysia. Top tier service. They made sure I had everything I needed. Will definitely come back.

I love this place! My Dad is a Veteran so my sister and I went out with him for dinner. It was our first time here. The staff is so fantastic. The hostess, the manager and especially our awesome server, Mia. The food is delicious yet not overpriced. I ordered my Dad the Smokehouse burger. My sister got the pot roast. I’m a vegetarian so I got the Mac and green beans. Our appetizers were fried pickles and the soft baked pretzel with queso. They have nonalcoholic beer, which is really cool for anyone who loves beer but chooses not to have alcohol. The environment is lively and fun yet CLEAN. I’m a Cowboys fan and Dallas Mavs fan and the amount of HQ Tvs this place has Is perfect. The Colorado log cabin theme is so nostalgic as well. 10 out of 10 from the service, the food and the pro all things sports atmosphere.
