The worst tom yum I’ve ever tried! It was like I was drinking hot vinegar It had many big shrimps and mushrooms, but all these products were just waisted on such a bad brouth… I usually never leave unfinished food on the plate, especially Asian food, but I COULDN’T finish this horrible soup…
My friend’s choice was crispy chicken with veggies – he said it was extremely overcooked and he couldn’t chew it! It was hard and dry like a stone. He also left his food unfinished, even though he was very hungry.
We both had been in Thailand, we know exactly how their food tastes, that’s why we love it, but this place is very disappointing.
Guys, respectfully, You need to learn how to cook. Asap.

The food is delicious and is at a good price. We ordered the Eggplant Delight and the Mango Curry and was very satisfied with both! The eggplant had a flavorful sear on it, was deeply purple in color, and succeeded in being the center of the dish, while all the other vegetables tasted fresh and had a good crunch to them. Yummy!

This was lunch on a Sunday afternoon and it wasn’t very busy inside so we got our food pretty quickly.

I am very interested in coming back for dinner at some point, because it looks like they have live music from time to time. I am very impressed from the recording that was playing on their TV.

June 16, 2024 Update: we went back for dinner and just loved the live jazz performance! I especially l9ved the trumpeter, his solos, and the motifs / reference to others songs that he discreetly played while doing his solo. The food was amazing too!

First time dinning in with my husband. Though I have been ordering out for months now. My husband and I we like this food. When we came inside my husband thought that maybe it was a private event that I went up to the counter and asked if we were able to dine in cause there was a large group of people and they were singing.

So we were able to sit down anywhere we wanted and we enjoyed the live singing that anyone that has the courage to go up and sing can.

The food was good. The spicy basil was really good and lots of flavor. The fried egg I would have want the yoke runny . The fried rice needed more seasoning or something.
Over all it was good.
The dim sum they are super small. I can go to T4 u and get dim sum 2 of them half of price what I paid which it was $8.
The shrimp roll it was different thin layer only with shrimp. I think it was $9 maybe not to sure. Would I buy it again? No.

The ladies were working hard they were nice. They just gave us the wrong straws since we were not able to drink up the jelly’s lol.

Do I recommend this place?? Yes! I do!

The Tom Kha soup with tofu or shrimp is excellent! Love the hot tea served in beautiful china cups with a matching saucer; spring rolls; shrimp rolls and Pad Thai. This is the perfect music spot for jazz music. Check the website for who’s appearing and make a dinner reservation. You can give a generous donation for the musicians when you’re there or attend a concert in the bigger annex next door.

We went last night with another couple, so we got to try quite a few things on the menu. We were really happy with it! The larb salad had a nice crunch to it, and both the pad thai and drunken noodles were yummy! Shrimp was cooked just right, not rubbery. I was particularly impressed with how they handled the spiciness level – our spicy preferences are all over the map between the four of us, and they got it just right on all counts.

I also really appreciated the simple menu organization – lots of good solid choices but not a million things; all the classics you’d expect without the overwhelm. Boba was really good too! (I got Thai iced tea to try it this first time time and I thought it was good – sweet, but not sickly sweet like some can be.)

It wasn’t crowded, the service was good, and the food came out really fast. Definitely recommend, and we will absolutely be back!

Really delicious Thai food! We had the pineapple fried rice with chicken and shrimp with cashews and it was very good. The eggplant delight was also so yummy but a little spicy at spice level 1. You get a choice of meat with it and we got chicken and it was very delicious. The shrimp rolls were also very tasty. The service was fast and friendly. They have boba drinks too. Highly recommend!!

Spring rolls are advertised with shrimp. There are no shrimp. Its common for veggie spring rolls to also have shrimp. These were 12 bucks!!! I want a refund. There were also 3 peices when the photo shows 4. Rip off. Its not like there was an option to add shrimp, so it was implied that it came with shrimp. Stop ripping off customers in this economy.

(Door dash order but it made me so mad i had to come and repeat my review)

I came in on Saturday after the new opening and had a great experience!

The egg rolls were delicious, and my red curry with shrimp was very flavorful. My friends had the drunken noodle with chicken and pad see ew with fried tofu. Both dishes looked great, and they said they enjoyed them.

I would definitely come back am adding it to my list of favorite Thai spots in Sacramento!

First, and foremost, we found this place when searching for jazz clubs in the area and could not be more happy. Not only is Joe Gilman an amazing jazz pianist, but he has a variety of artists coming in and the venue is small and very up close and personal.

As an added bonus, the food and service are very good! It’s a friendly, family run business.

Went here for the first time 2 or 3 weeks ago and had boat noodles and they were excellent, dark, rich, and complex broth. Been thinking about it since and was in the area. Ordered the same thing and today it was a clear, bland, and flavorless broth packed to the brim with bland noodles. The calamari was fresh and good, service is friendly. I am so disappointed in the inconsistency……
