Gluten – everywhere. Its a pizza place (and yes they have gluten free options but please don’t come here if you are deathly allergic).
Accessibility – the bathrooms may be hard to use if your wheelchair doesn’t collapse – but the place is all one level with a small lip at the front door. So it’s wheelchair friendly and very friendly for canes and just general mobility issues. A mix of tall and short seats depending on the table you sit at.
Ok – here’s the deets.
Atmosphere- great – cozy but not rubbing elbows with anyone. Plemty of space and kind of two sections – bar side which is a bit darker vibe and kitchen side – bigger amd lighter – great for larger groups. A couple tvs, private bathrooms, decent pull tab selection. Perf 5/5.
Service – generally great. I only ever had one bad experience during a shift change. If you want table service i recommend either sitting in the bar area or asking for a menu. Getting drinks is quick, getting you tab is quick. No frills no gills just pretty good quality service. Always smiles – never any weird oversharing/interactions. Normal ppl serving normal ppl.
Food – if you want pizza (and not garbage pizza) this is a great joint. They have a few sandwich options, a few apps, a couple salads if I recall. Not a huge menu. But its really a pizza place.
The reason for the 3 stars is price. Now I know inflation and local min wage laws have increased costs, but I’ve seen prices rise twice in the last six months. Inflation has not gone up 40% in the last 6 months and I haven’t seen other establishments raise prices as much.
That being said – the food is tasty! They share menus with the White Buffalo on Evergreen so if you’ve had their food and liked it you are going to like the food here – no problem. I just find it a little expensive for what it is. Its not a quality thing – its my cheap ass thing.
Drinks are on par with other places so no issue there.
Final thoughts – come here! Eat pizza, don’t be a cheap ass like me, and I think you’ll find its a great neighborhood place to hang out at. Also, parking is super easy.
There wasn’t much seating, and the sporty atmosphere isn’t our usual kind of place, but we would go back.
