Under New management again. I’ve always loved this little place no matter who owned it. Small town charm, Good ice cream, hot food options too, friendly staff, quick service, and they have a picnic area outside so you can sit in the sun if it’s nice out.

My wife was treated very poorly from a blonde teen girl who worked the window. the order printer quit working so after 10 mins of waiting, we had to retell the order for 6 people all over again. After another 10 mins, The girl handed us our food and shakes. There was a hot dog missing toping we paid extra for and one of the shakes wasn’t a malt. (mind you there was little malt added to any of the malt shake orders to bign with). My wife went up to inform blonde of her shake issue and blondie just stared at her. My wife said ok well, I guess I just paid for stuff I’m not going to get and walked to the picnic area. Then I went up to discuss about the hot dog missing toppings and as I waitited, I saw a girl pointing at me and mouthing “they’re back, they’re back.” that’s when a different lady I guess who cooks the food came up asked what I wanted so I told her about my issue. She was kind and asked if I wanted it reheated to melt the cheese, I said yes please. Then blondie came back up with a shake in her hand and said “sorry about the misunderstanding but your wife was running her mouth before I could even get her the new shake.” my wife waited for a response before she said what she said and the girl just stared at her! Very unprofessional! Especially under new management… DO BETTER!

The woman working was very friendly and quick to take our order. She was there alone and was able to run the register, cook our food and make 2 milkshakes. The milkshake was awesome, but the crinkle fries were very disappointing. They’re just like what you can buy at the store, which I don’t mind, but they were way undercooked. I say stop here and skip to dessert. In addition, I don’t love milk shakes and that only thing worth getting here.

Best known Secret in Bournville Ohio, off of the State route 50. This quiet little place is a common rest or recover spot formany of the local Kayakers. Nothing hits the spot like a nice milkshake after a serene trip down the Creek. Its a tradition of ours to stop in after a day in the sun on the Water. Friendly and Funny staff with good prices and great food.

It’s a dairy hut! Ice cream is creamy as it should be. Texas tenderloin and burgers are good. They said the dog with sauce is a favorite and I believe them.
