I had the pleasure of visiting Twelve to Twelve in Boerne, Texas, and it was truly an outstanding experience.
This beautiful bar, owned by Leo and Patricio, officially opened on January 14, 2026, and the concept behind the name is simply perfect — open from 12 noon to 12 midnight. It’s a clever and memorable name that fits the vibe of the place perfectly.
The atmosphere is welcoming, stylish, and relaxed — a great spot whether you’re meeting friends, enjoying a date night, or simply stopping by for an excellent cocktail.
The service was fantastic, and our bartender Annaka was amazing. She was friendly, attentive, and clearly passionate about what she does. You can tell the team here takes pride in creating a great experience for their guests.
Now let’s talk about the drinks — absolutely impressive.
My husband and I tried the Carajillo, and wow… it was incredible. Rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced — truly one of the best we’ve had.
We also tried the Old Fashioned, and it was outstanding. Deep, bold flavors and expertly crafted. You can really tell they take their cocktails seriously here.
If you’re in Boerne, TX, this place is definitely worth visiting.

The drinks here were great! This is a new spot in Boerne not far from us where the service was great and the drinks even better! We tried the Golden Pear, Verde Martini, and Paper Plane! Leo is a great bartender and we will definitely be back soon with our friends!!

Went to the soft opening. The cocktails were amazing and they had a variety of cocktails to offer. The owner was super friendly and attentive. Leo the bartender was exceptional.

We really wanted to like Twelve to Twelve but unfortunately our experience was bad enough that I don’t think we will ever go back. We were very excited to have a new “speakeasy” in Boerne so let’s start with the obvious, Twelve by Twelve is simply a bar, the term speakeasy doesn’t apply. As a fan of real speakeasies, this was a bit of a disappointment. Regardless, we decided to stay and try a “craft” cocktail. The bar was full and seating in the building is very limited, more prone to standing room. Luckily we found a couple of stools in the entrance area. I went to the bar to order and just before I placed my order with the bartender, a waitress came by and told me I could go back to my seat and she would come take our order. She did come by a couple of minutes later to get our order – a golden pear and a verde martini. The waitress rang in our drinks and we paid for them when we placed our order. We waited for about 10 minutes before the waitress came back with 2 drinks that were obviously not the drinks we had ordered. When we told her those weren’t our drinks, she asked us what we had ordered. We gave her our order again. She told us there was only 1 bartender and they were busy but our drinks would be right out. We watched people come in, sit, order and get their drinks while we waited. We signaled the waitress over and asked why people who had come in after us had placed orders and received their drinks while we were still waiting. She said it was because they ordered premade drinks. Premade cocktails at a speakeasy???? She assured us our cocktails would be out shortly. After about 25 minutes we received our drinks (pictures attached). While the drinks looked good, they were quite disappointing. The golden pear was cloyingly sweet, not at all what I would expect from a balanced craft cocktail. The Verde Martini had very strong earthy and bitter notes that made it unpleasant to drink. In no way were these two cocktails worth $40+. The waitress did say she would comp our tab but, as with the not remembering what we had ordered, she didn’t remember that we had already closed our tab and wasn’t sure how to reverse the charge. Honestly, I am not worried about getting a refund, we did order and try the drinks. Overall, this is a new bar, not speakeasy, and hopefully they will get things on the right track but as it stands I can’t recommend giving them a try,

Twelve to Twelve is a breath of fresh air for Boerne! It’s nice to have an adult only cocktail bar where you can unwind and enjoy a craft cocktail. My husband and I were welcomed very graciously by the entire staff, including the owners who were extremely attentive. I’m excited for their food options that are to come. Enjoyed sipping on the Verde Martini!
