Twelve 31 is my go-to spot to grab lunch. Everyone there is friendly and I am greeted upon entering. Selena is nothing short of amazing! She remembers my name, knows that I substitute spinach for arugula when I get roast beef. She is even willing to give suggestions when I’m not sure what I want.
When I was tasked with getting food for a work event it made perfect sense to call on Twelve 31. We had sandwiches and soup delivered for a lunch event. It went over so well that we used them for an evening buffet for our holiday open house. Mike was very helpful helping me choose menu items. He also made sure we had gluten free options for our guests. Delivery and set up were on time, quick and professional. I wish I had thought to take a picture of the Grazing trays because they were a work of art. Quantity and quality of the food was outstanding. I will undoubtedly be ordering for our next event. In the meantime as it is lunchtime and I didn’t bring anything from home I am off to see Serena

I recently used Twelve31 Café’s catering services for a work event of 70 people, and I couldn’t be more pleased with how everything turned out. We went with their boxed lunch option, and the entire experience, from setup to delivery, was flawless.
The process of arranging the catering was incredibly easy, their response time was quick, and the delivery was right on schedule. The food itself was fantastic, fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. On several of my post-event surveys, participants specifically mentioned how much they enjoyed lunch, especially the bread, which seemed to be everyone’s favorite detail!
In my line of work, I’m always searching for reliable and high-quality catering options, and now I don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else. Had a really great spinach egg and cheese breakfast sandwich here. There was seemingly only one person working that day, so it took a bit of time to get everything we ordered, but the worker was very kind and gave great service. Would definitely visit again.

I got a gluten free BLT with chicken and it was so delicious. I didn’t really expect a simple sandwich to be that good but it was, I recommend adding a little bit of mustard but thats my personal preference. Good food and good prices, I would definitely go again.

We used Twelve 31 as our caterer for UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law’s annual Barrister’s Ball. We had such an amazing time! Everything looked and tasted so amazing, and the catering staff were all so professional, helpful, and attentive! We really how much Michael and Melissa were willing to work with us and accommodate our needs. We are so looking forward to working with them again, and would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone looking for well-planned menus and perfectly executed service for any event!

I would like to say that Twelve 31 Cafe and Catering did an excellent job on catering our wedding. Mike and Melissa answered our request within 15 minutes of contacting them through email. They were responsive to all questions , gave great advice for our reception menu, the advice was specific to our event, they did not try to upsell, and prices are very good. That was the beginning of our introduction.
The week before the wedding they checked with us and all plans were set . They promptly showed for the appointed time and the food was set up for a self serve buffet. Presentation of food was excellent and it was hot .
I’ve been to a dozen weddings and I don’t remember anyone really talking about the food. This wedding there were multiple people talking about the fantastic food. We had a reception for 35 people and I must have heard at least 20 compliments on the food. We also were asked who was the caterer. When we told people who, some were familiar and stated they had been to other events and they remember how great the food was and presentation.
If you wondering about our selection we started with appetizers of shrimp and bruschetta. Main course was braised beef (gone), seared chicken with prosciutto and provolone (gone), baked cod with seafood stuffing (gone after eating leftovers), and vegan ravioli (gone after leftovers). We served the mashed potatoes and and mixed vegetables , all excellent.
I don’t know if we will have another event again because we live a simple life but they will be the first on my list. Oh, we put this together about 10 weeks before our wedding. If you happen to read this and select Twelve 31 you made a great choice.

I love this place! I live downtown, and there are many spots to grab a bite, but nothing is as good as homemade soups, sandwiches, and salads. Plus, their catering is really excellent. Skip the corporate stuff and try Twelve 31!
