I would give a 0 star if I could. I honestly don’t know how they have a 4.4. This is probably one of the worst meals that I’ve ever had. It’s like they don’t know spices and seasonings exists. The waitress was nice tho. She kept coming to ask us if the food was “really good.” We just smile and say yes bc it’s not her fault this food is terrible.

Fried calamari was fine, crispy, as it should be. However, the “homemade tomato sauce” that it comes with was probably from a jar a pregos tomato sauce.
Cesar salad was a Cesar salad.
Nachos. wasn’t loaded and barely had any toppings. Asked for a side of quac and it looks like it came out of a soft serve machine. It was so smooth and tell me why there was a small swirl at the top of the gauc? Seems sus to me. I would expect a restaurant at this scale to have freshly made guac.
The paella. Ordered the paella for one but the portion was enough for two, which is a good thing. However, out of all the paellas I’ve had in Barcelona and other Spanish restaurants, I’ve never had one so wet. Felt more like a risotto, which is not what I ordered. For a restaurant with the dish “paella” in its name, you would think they would be able to make it somewhat decent.

Ps. If you ever decide to eat here, think again. The McDonald’s down the street would be a better and cheaper choice.

This was my first time here for dinner; I had previously been here for lunch and thought it was outstanding. My dinner experience was good, but didn’t meet my expectations based on prior visits. The paella with shrimp, scallops, and mussels was buttery and flavorful. The portion was more than enough to be shared among two, so we took leftovers with us to enjoy the next day. I was disappointed that there wasn’t a more generous amount of seafood in the dish. The mussels were noticeably lacking; some shells had no meat and the meat was very small in those that did. The shrimp and scallops in the dish were prepared well and complemented the rice nicely; wish there more.

Nancy did a good job of serving us overall, although it appeared she was very busy and service was a little slow.

The seating was comfortable and the high-backed booths helped facilitate conversation; the noise otherwise would have made hearing one another a challenge with most of the tables occupied.

We will give this another try because it is a little different than many of the other venues nearby and we might find that we prefer other entrees on the dinner menu.

This might be my first review of a restaurant outside of where I live, but I feel like I need to. I met a client here for lunch and this is the definition of “a diamond in the rough.” I only say that because its not the easiest location to stumble across but it is a real find. Food was delicious, cool spot, and just the most inviting environment. I dont know her name (I think she helps run the place)…but everything about her was so sweet, warm, and accommodating as soon as I walked through the door…that is not usual these days in most new restaurants I try…Anywhere. She just helped to elevate this place on every level. Do yourself a favor and give it a try, I think you will feel the same way!

Seriously obsessed this place, I been going here every week since they open! Love the staffs very welcoming and fun to know. I usually like to get the seafood Alfredo, and recently been trying new items on the menu, the mix paella is a new favorite. The portions are huge and great to share. I heard that their bar just open, so I’ll be coming back soon

Wonderful new restaurant in Havre de Grace. Located on Rt 40 in Swan Creek Center. Very cozy ambiance with many comfortable booths for privacy. Spanish music was playing. The menu has a large selection, including several paella options. The single order for $27.99 was enough for 4 servings! The meatballs in delicious tomato was were homemade and tender. The Caesar salad was chopped with a tasty dressing. The sangria was wonderful too.

Went for dinner for their opening night. Very impressed with the quality and taste of the food. We had chicken paella, filet steak wrapped in bacon, Chicken Chesapeake served over fettuccine alfredo, and the hot dip consisting of shrimp, melted mozzarella, cream cheese, and Old Bay in a bread bowl. Also tasted their red sangria, which was delicious. I’m looking forward to trying the white sangria next time.

My only suggestion is reconsider the seating that’s currently in the restaurant. All 4 of us were slightly uncomfortable while eating dinner and our backs were hurting as we left. I would love to see new booths that are comfortable, and you don’t feel the other person moving around on the seat behind you.

We’ll certainly be back again to try more dishes!

We went to have drinks and food on a Friday afternoon after hearing good things about Tutti. The food was excellent and the service was better. Nancy was our bartender and took great care of us. The drinks were really good, we had the margaritas. Everything was clean including the bathroom. I highly recommend coming here with friends or family. We will be back very soon.

Tutti Paella is an absolute gem and a must-visit for any food enthusiast. I had the pleasure of bringing my friend to celebrate her birthday on the first day of its opening, and we were both blown away by the exceptional quality of the food and service. It was our first visit, but it certainly won’t be our last.

The paella we had was hands down the best I’ve ever tasted – packed with flavor, made with fresh and high-quality ingredients, and served in generous portions. The Tapas were equally delightful, especially the Gambas al Ajillo and Gambas al Coco – a true culinary delight.

Moreover, I cannot commend your team enough for their impeccable service and the warm, inviting ambiance you have created at Tutti Paella. Special thanks to Nicole, our server, who went above and beyond to ensure that we had a memorable dining experience.

Once again, thank you Santos, Carla, and the entire team for the outstanding hospitality and culinary masterpieces. Rest assured, my friend and I will be returning soon to indulge in more of your delectable offerings.

Wow!!! This place is fantastic, certainly a gem in HdG. Very impressed with the food! We got the chicken & chorizo paella for 2 (couldn’t wait to dive in before taking a pic). The portion was massive and so tasty. For dessert we got the chocolate peanut butter ganache, it was incredible. Panda was our bartender and he’s fantastic! Very attentive and friendly.

We will definitely be back and are so happy to have this place close by.

They get their liquor license soon, which will be just another upgrade. Their wine selection was great!

A good restaurant on many fronts. Good menu choices. Good/ authentic Spanish food. Good service. Clean. Friendly/ customer oriented. Ample parking. One negative – some dining booths ( for two) are limited in space which is uncomfortable even for small people.
