Reasonable priced ,good menu selection also Desserts are made in house.Chicken Parm is my personal favorite at Tuscany.
Dining area is rather small ,tastefully decorated, enjoy the low level music,and classic selections such as Dean Martin,Bing Crosby etc..Old World atmosphere.

Go early as it is a small dining area, gets very busy on the wkends.

Waiter started out doing a good job..kept saying had been on vaca and menu changed why he kept looking at menu with us to take our order..food was right when we got but then he just disappeared..ask other waitress for boxes…came back to bring check..he totally drop the ball..said girlfriend worked there was how he got on(over heard him tell another table)..she is probably wishing she hadn’t now..being a waiter is not working out..at least didn’t for us..

We had our anniversary birthday dinner and it was delicious! Our server Iliara, I think spelled correctly, was awesome! Definitely recommend! Don’t forget dessert!

My husband moved from TN to a nearby WV town near by in October 2025. We have been trying different local restaurants in the area. I kept seeing advertisements for the Tuscany Restaurant Gallipolis, OH. The restaurant was busy but it was easy to get a seat at 6pm. The atmosphere was cherry and quaint. We loved it and were excited about finding this little jewel. Our waiter was quick to our table, nice, friendly and knowledgeable about the items on the menu. My husband ordered steak medallions over fettuccine. I ordered chicken carbonara. Our mozzarella cheese dipping sauce and bread came pretty quick. It was very good…but we like mozzarella. Our waiter and a woman came to ask if everything was ok. Yes it was great. Our food arrived nice and hot. My chicken carbonara was delicious. My husband offered me a bite of his steak. The steak had a sour tangy taste and a slight fishy smell. I asked him if his bite of steak had a fishy taste. He said yes that was why he wanted to see if I tasted it too. My husband said maybe they cooked the sreak with some fish..maybe I said. The waiter came by to check on us and my husband told him the steak had a funny taste. He brought a woman to the table..the manager we presumed. My husband explained the taste problem. She offer to get him something else, he declined. So she offered a free dessert…carrot cake which was delicious. We got the rest of my meal to go with the dessert. She took his meal off our bill. She couldn’t have been nicer. I would go back and try again. It might be a harder sell for my husband.

Free vanilla bean cheesecake for first time customers at Tuscany Italian Restaurant in Gallipolis, Ohio. This place is owned by the same family that owns El Colonial, Taco Brothers, Casa Grande, and Fratelli’s. Dessert is their jam.
My husband and I both got the chicken Parmesan. I was happy to see it came with a spoon to help twist the spaghetti aroundund my fork.
Hearty portions and reasonably priced. We took home enough leftovers for a whole other meal tomorrow. Plus, two side salads, two cocktails, one Mountain Dew, and, as I mentioned in the beginning, a free cheesecake. Total bill was only $52. That’s cheap these days for a sit down restaurant.
