It was…fine. The salad was just a pile of iceberg lettuce and a tomato. The entrees were adequate, but nothing special. I was hoping for something with a bit more pizzaz, given the comparatively high prices. Also, the random upcharge for Caesar dressing (but none of the others) was a bit strange.

We stopped in at opening time. The staff was all wide eyed and ready to serve.
The food was good.
Our table had biscuits and gravy with bacon, 2 eggs medium, hashbrowns, sausage patties, pancakes and an English muffin.
Everything was cooked perfectly.
Our server was very attentive and gave great service.
The atmosphere was nice. I enjoyed the antique glassware.
We all felt that the prices were fair and the portions good.
We will return.

Tuscany Grill
While visiting Robinson on an extended business trip, we had the pleasure of eating at the Tuscany Grill on several occasions. We were able to try them for breakfast and dinner. The wait staff was always friendly and helpful. The meals were provided hot, fresh, and in a timely manner. Breakfast was the typical fare of eggs, bacon/sausage, omelets, pancakes, etc. Dinners included a mix of typical Italian food, mixed in with a good selection of typical comfort dishes. I had the Carbonara on one trip – excellent. The second dinner included the fried fish, also quite tasty. Prices were very reasonable, too.

Nice family restaurant that has breakfast all day. The portions were large and the omelet was very good as was all of our meals. The price is great for the large portions so it is a local favorite. Service was excellent.

We enjoyed our Saturday morning visit to this family restaurant. There were 13 of us, and it only took about five minutes for us to be seated. The staff was friendly, but the service was a little slow. The restaurant seemed very clean and welcoming. Our food was simple but delicious, with good sized portions. If you’re not in a hurry, this is a nice place to get a good meal.

Met a large group of family members at one of their busiest times. The staff was terrific, very polite and always smiling. The food was excellent, we had 15 different orders and it was all good! Prices were reasonable and portions large. We will revisit the next time we’re in town!

Don’t be fooled by their online menu.
!!! This place has all day breakfast !!!, and it is absolutely amazing. We showed up with a party of 12+ on a Sunday around 10:30 or so, I imagine right about the time church let out with no reservation might I add. We were welcomed with a minmal wait of about 15 mins. The waitress handled our party of 12+ with several seperate checks like we were a party of 4 all on one check. She was very good at her job, and was on top of everything like drink refills which we all know can be the forgotten service at restaurants. As far as price 3 adults with 3 drinks $31. More than fair for the food quality and service. If your ever in the small town of
Robinson, Illinois definitely give this place a shot you will not be disappointed. Should we ever make it back up that way we will definitely be stopping in. Keep up all the good work guys. Sorry for the half eaten pics, but I couldn’t wait to dig in before I realized I needed to document this goodness.
