I’ve said it a million times. Tommy and the staff at Tuscany Gourmet Market smashed it again. Had them cater our Selden fire department annual holiday dinner for Company 3 at firehouse with prime rib stuffed mushrooms shrimp scampi and other dishes. Was fantastic. Everything fresh and hot. Recently did a catering order for our employees as Tuscany was recommended by a coworker who used them many times. The food was amazing and Josh delivered it and set everything up for us and all supplies were included (paper goods, tablecloth, sterno etc). A little delay in delivery but the catering manager…..I believe Ashley…. made it right and gave us credit! We had Penne vodka, chicken parm, an eggplant dish, house salad and a cheese and meat platter. The staff was wonderful to us and the food delicious. Thank you Tuscany and your staff!

I ordered food from Tuscany Market in Miller Place for a Thanksgiving event I hosted for my real estate agents, and I am absolutely appalled at the quality of what we received, especially considering the amount of money I spent.
The food was beyond unacceptable.
• The mashed potatoes were hard as a rock. Since when do you need to push down on mashed potatoes.
• The carrots had absolutely no flavor—bland and careless.
• The green beans were raw, as if they were cooked for 10 minutes and filled with more bread crumbs that green beans.
• And the hot dogs in a blanket looked like they came straight from a supermarket freezer box, with nothing fresh or “market quality” about them and they looked like the rapping wasn’t cooked through.
What made this experience even worse was the lack of accountability. I called to speak with the catering manager at 3:31 pm yesterday and was told she was on the phone and would call me right back. Well at 4:42 pm I called back again to be told the same thing; this time I said my next call is to the manager of the store. At 4:49 PM she finally called me back and she told me she would pull my receipt and call me back again. She never called me back. Not even the courtesy of a follow-up after serving such terrible food.
This was supposed to be a special Thanksgiving meal for my team, and instead it was an embarrassment. I will never order from Tuscany Market again, and I will make sure to share my experience, so others don’t waste their money the way I did.

I would like to extend my Heartfelt Gratitude to the Owner & his Employees for going above and beyond by delivering a meat order to my home since I am a person with a severe physical disability.
I order some prime porterhouse steaks, a couple of prime boneless shell steaks & approx. 4lb fresh sliced thin chicken cutlets.
The Porterhouse Steaks were absolutely delicious, they were cut exactly as I had asked as were the shell steaks & I could not be more impressed..
They most certainly just added a new customer to their business. Outstanding Quality & equally Exceptional Customer Service.

I order two lunch hero’s from here and my buffalo chicken was raw. Thank goodness I am that person that checks their food before eating. The chicken is frozen not fresh looked liked bagged chicken from restaurant Depot. Very disappointed for a $15 sandwich. When we brought it back they didn’t apologize or even seemed surprised.

Held a catered outdoor BBQ for Memorial Day 2025 on May 26th in the community where I live. Had a grill person, 2 servers and excellent food from the American BBQ menu with many extras added. As the host I listened to all the positive feedback from my guests about the food quality and excellent taste. This was my 3rd BBQ from Tuscany Gourmet and with no hesitation I look ahead to #4 for any occasion I am involved in.

Had a horrible experience from beginning to end. Called for a graduation party to have catered.It took 5 days of calling and 7 days for a call back. They messed up my order and took forever to pick up the food. There were four people in the store and it took 45 minutes to be helped.Three of the dishes ordered were completely inedible. The coleslaw was completely gray and went bad, the potato salad was literally soup and the two full trays of chicken fingers were nervy to the point that you had to spit the chicken out. The rest of the food was edible but not great. I have used this company before and it was always ok this time around it was just awful. I DO NOT recommend Tuscany Gourmet. There are so many better places. I will never go back.

I had a party of 30 at my home for dinner. I arranged with catering to deliver and provide waitress service. The service was phenomenal. The food Was 5⭐️. The entrée Consisted of marinated steaks, stuffed lobster Tails 8 ounce, And twice baked potatoes along with Several sides. It was a fantastic experience and I would do it again.
