Great hostess and waitress service. Love the Christmas vibe. The complimentary bread was so delicious and a right dose of garlic. I’m have Italian blood, so bring on the garlic, and they did with their bread. We also ordered two small pies and they were a bit too small for us. They were delicious, so will definitely be going back.

First time having Tuscan Slice.
I ordered a chicken parm online which is advertised as “Breaded chicken breast, Italian cheese blend on a bed of FETTUCINE ALFREDO topped with homemade marinara”
The picture shows that I was given a bed of plain spaghetti with marinara. (I already ate the chicken which was fine. A little dry)
Lots of reviews online speak highly of the chicken parm, so maybe someone was having a bad day in the kitchen, not paying enough attention, or was being careless. Perhaps even the description on their website is wrong. Either way, something is amiss and it was disappointing to pay nearly $30 for this chicken parm.
My girlfriend ordered pizza. The crust was really good. One can taste the wood fired on the crust.

This was my first time to try Tuscan Slice. The menu was full of good choices, but I decided to go with a build-your-own type pizza. The crust tasted fresh and all of the toppings were good. The pizza was just the right size. I also loved the bread before the meal came out. The restaurant was not too loud with house music like some are, but quiet and casual.

So many great places to eat in Waxahachie! Tonight we ate at the Tuscan Slice because we love wood fired pizza. This place did not disappoint! A kind and upbeat gentleman greeted us and sat us promptly. Our waitress was sweet and attentive. We ordered the Italian Meat Pizza and it was fabulous! The meats, sauce and cheese were extremely flavorful and the crust was baked perfectly to just the right crispiness! We also ordered the bruschetta, yum yum! The decor looked like a villa straight out of Tuscany! Another place on our must visit list when we return.

If you like Italian food,this is the place to go. It’s a little pricey, but well worth it. The service is great as well as the food. Our waiter was on point and did a great job taking care of us. The food was yummy and hot. It would be nice if they would give you the oil for dipping your bread again instead of having to pay for it. This is just a suggestion to management. Overall, it was a great place to take the family. God bless

Today was my very first time trying Tuscan Slice, and my friend and I enjoyed every second of it. Our waitress, Mila, was absolutely phenomenal. She was very attentive, super kind and sweet, and made us feel so welcomed. She gave great recommendations, and her bubbly personality was truly the cherry on top. We ordered the chicken and spinach manicotti that she recommended, and it was absolutely delicious. 10/10 — we will definitely be coming back soon to see Tuscan Slice and Mila again!

I’m somewhat undecided.though I did enjoy the lasagna and seafood manicotta,if spelling right. I think it needs more menu items. The stuffed crab mushrooms was a hot and miss for me,1 serving was dry and overbaked the other was a little soupy and bland. The spinach artichoke dip was good & authentic,would prefer the chips instead of the toasted bread,but it’s to each his own. The table pita bread is amazing with or without the dipping sauce and came out hot. We had a party of 30 ,so we still had an awesome experience and was seated quickly and treated with courtesy.

Lovely place watched guy throw pizza dough in air! The steak was so tough! 37$ tough. We had two different steaks! Both so chewy ! My black sauce over steak was heavenly! Everything else great! We asked before ordering steak if they had steak sauce and Miela said yes and they did not have steak sauce of any kind! We have been here many times and all is great! Just dont order the chewy steak!!

This is one of my favorite places to come! The pizza, salad and dessert never disappoint. My husband and I often dine at the bar because they have best, friendliest bartenders. Alex is the best! I love all the friendly staff and atmosphere. It makes a great date night or girls night out.
