Perfect Sunday afternoon lunch! The food was absolutely delicious as always. Our server was TOP NOTCH!! Her name was Melly, and I was blown away by her service. At the end of our meal we asked if they offered To-Go cups, not only did she come back with to go cups they were filled with the EXACT amount of tea needed to top off our drinks and fill the cup. What an excellent touch on top of her already fabulous service!! This is what keeps my family coming back! Thank you!

While visiting Albuquerque New Mexico, I went to Turtle Mountain North, I personally spoke to the manager about GF and Cross contamination. I was assured the pizzas were prepared to avoid any cross contamination. The pizza was amazing.

I also had a GF cider which was also very nice.

Excellent Gluten Free burger and fries!!!

My husband also got gluten-ful mac and cheese which he said is fantastic along with a stout.

The food at Turtle Mountain is consistently good, but the service is unfortunately not. I recently placed a to-go order and discovered items were missing when I got home. I had to drive back to pick them up and received no apology for the inconvenience.

What was most disappointing was the manager’s “it is what it is” attitude instead of trying to make the situation right. Service issues usually start at the top, and this place would really benefit from stronger management.

Service is great. Friendly comfortable and clean restaurant. The food is well made, portions are generous and I highly recommend Turtle Mountain North. Will be coming back with friends and family.
My order was the artichoke dip, fried pickle slices, tortilla burger, Chimayo pizza with a Brazo salad.

Been to the other location before and had a great experience. There were several things I found to be unacceptable this time. #1 while we were waiting for our table, we had a clear view of where they prepare soft drinks. Not only did the waitress use the cup instead of the scoop to get ice, she smashed down the ice with her bare HAND to make it fit in the cup. #2 our waiter was so overwhelmed that little things went undone, no silverware, no lemons in water, etc. we did have a large party of 16, and he only asked half the party if they wanted appetizers. It wasn’t that busy. It was 4:00 on Saturday 1/10, but it was very chaotic. When we got there they gave us a wait time of 15 to 20 minutes for our table and it was well over an hour, which in theory is okay for a party that big except that nobody checked with us again and gave us an update during that whole time. I think I’ll stick to the location on Southern.

Great food, server (Ruben) was attentive, quick and friendly. Food has a spicy undertone – but not too much. I’m not a big spicy / heat type, but this was just enough to give the food a nice, different than the every day options. We’re passing through, but would eat here again!

Update: came back. Frachos are awesome. The large size is a full meal. The chicken tenders look like the frozen Tyson fingers. They were okay and I don’t hate them.
Let me start with this: most restaurants forget to clean their salt and pepper shakers. Most restaurant tables will feel greasy even after being wiped down. This place sat me at a nice, clean table. The bathroom was immaculately clean. No puddles or napkins on the floor and smelled clean. The fracho fries were the main attraction for me.The fries are flavorful with a spicy attribute. The raw jalapeños set the whole appetizer off with the heat. The Black Mesa pizza was baked perfectly, loaded with toppings and had a good taste. FYI- if you do not want a specific topping that comes with a pizza, make sure to let the server know. Unless you dislike who you’re eating dinner with, and want to watch them painfully pick through the cheese to get the undesired topping off. The Ponderosa patty melt on the rye was… let me grab a glass of water….. dry. The patty itself was cooked to my desired temperature and had a great flavor. The rye bread killed that flavor with its dryness. It was the Colin Robinson of the burger; just sucked the energy right out. FYI any extra sauce, ranch, 1000 island are $1.50. The service was on par and had the server had a friendly disposition. For an appetizer, two meals, and three dips costs around 50 dollars.
I think I ordered the “meh item” on the menu. I’ll come back to try something different.

We had lunch here on July 30th and the food and service was very good. We will most certainly continue to come here.

Brewery and restaurant in Enchanted Hills (Rio Rancho, NM) very near Bernalillo. Was only moderately busy on a Sunday afternoon.
We got seated immediately. Everyone enjoyed the food, except the sauteed green beans which were served undercooked.
Wait staff was very attentive. Price was about $60 (after tip) for three people with no alcoholic beverages ordered.
