The vibes and energy when you walk in are contagious. The shakes and teas are to die for. Creative, colorful, and oh, so good. They even come with a sticker or words of encouragement on the cup. Wish I lived closer, but stop every time I’m in the area.

Lori stands behind the counter, wanting to serve you something not only delicious but can give you all the vitamins and nutrition you need out of a smoothie. I’ve been coming here off and on for years and I will say the lady that owns this place is by far the most upbeat, friendliest person you’ll ever meet. Just going to see her is worth it. She is very honest if you ask questions. Teas are great and she even made me a special one with my own flavors THENNNN even wrote it down and actually saved it bc I went back a few weeks later and she still had it. Definitely recommend 10/10

If you have never been to Turn Around Nutrition STOP WHAT YOU’RE DOING and GO RIGHT NOW!! (If it’s Monday-Friday 4:30am-2pm…otherwise go as soon as it’s open again : ) You will be so happy you did.
Not only are the shakes and teas incredible (and made with infinite amounts of love)…but the atmosphere and energy in this place are just too special to even explain with the human language. It’s just something you have to FEEL. And believe me, you want to feel it. Lori will elevate your Nutrition, absolutely.
