Today I chose things I’ve never had before : see highlighted items on the menu pics. I was pleasantly surprised and intrigued! A wonderful team of staff gave a brilliant description of the menu items and were extremely friendly and patient. The place is absolutely immaculate! The wall is packed with awards and you can see why it’s top on Tripadvisor for Taunton. Many thanks for the candied fennel seeds too at the end! Superb!

Attended the Vegan All you can eat buffet on the last Sunday in August. Selection of food was varied and very tasty. I can’t remember all the names but I have learnt about some dishes I’d order after trying them.
Beautiful presentation of the food.
Excellent customer service. Nothing was too much trouble and they answered all our questions.

We love Tumeric Kitchen 65. We’ve been going there for years, but now they’re holding Sunday Buffets. They are brilliant. Every Sunday afternoon, they prepare an unlimited buffet for a very reasonable price. The last Sunday of every month is reserved for vegan food. The team always introduces new dishes in addition to some staples, and it makes it very exciting. The food is constantly topped up so you can eat immediately, and they prepare fresh dosas and naan breads on request. It’s a great alternative to a Sunday carvery!

We had a lovely meal here. The food was excellent, but the best thing was the team working here. They are really sweet and they explain all the dishes and we were really well looked after by the waiting staff. You can tell that the boss is kind and thoughtful. He was training a new junior team member and allowing her to take responsibility and then quietly guiding her through the process. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. Will definitely go back.

Bright clean restaurant, nicely spaced out tables, visited with 5 friends we all enjoyed our meals. My friend was served tofu instead of chicken and they changed the dish straight away. I had tandoori salmon which was beautiful. Good service on a busy night, will be back again soon

Loved it.. Tasty food, friendly staff. Amazing vegan menu. What made it even better was that you could order the main dishes as a side dish and try different curries. Annndddddd they had vegan nan. VEGAN NAN one very happy customer. I’ll definitely come back when I’m in Taunton again.

A Saturday night visit for us, and goodness me are they busy. Takeaways flying out, all the tables full, and not an issue in sight.
The chilli idly I highly recommend. It’s so chilli hot you keep on going back for more. Delicious.
I had the butter marsala paneer. Just wonderful. The pilau rice and pashwari naan were perfect.
Service was not rushed and the staff serving us couldn’t do anymore.
Highly recommend going here. Book in advance and have a wonderful visit.

Wonderful buffet with rotating selection – the last Sunday of the month (vegan) was great for the meat-eaters in our group. And a delicious ice cream, which was so much better than many vegan-friendly desserts we’ve had before.
