I am extremely dissatisfied with the service at this establishment. They took my order and left my companion standing outside in the freezing snowstorm. When I called to express my concern, mentioning that he had been outside since 12:00 and it was now 2:02, I was further disappointed. I will ensure that neither I nor my acquaintances spend any more money here.
