I went to Tupelo Honey in Greenville with a couple friends for Happy Hour. They have great specials from 4-6pm Monday through Friday. Starters are half price, $2 off drafts/bottles/cans, $2 off wine by the glass, $5 off well drinks and daily specials. Mimosa Mondays : $2 OFF all regular and mega ‘mosas, Martini Tuesdays: $3 classic gin or vodka martinis & cosmopolitans, Wine Wednesday: 1/2 off bottles of wine, & Tequila Thursday: $6 Tupelo Honey Margarita. We went on a Tuesday & I had a great dirty martini. We ordered fried pickles, fried green tomatoes, brussel sprouts, chicken soup, and biscuits. Everything was delicious, but the chicken poblano soup was the best.

They have one of the best happy hour specials in town. But it doesn’t look like people know about it. We were one of just a few tables…but business did pick up as we were leaving.

Tupelo Honey never disappoints!

The food is full of Southern flavor and perfectly cooked — especially the fried chicken and shrimp & grits. The biscuits are warm, buttery, and absolutely addictive. The atmosphere is lively but cozy, and the staff is friendly and attentive.

Great spot right in downtown Greenville for brunch or dinner. Highly recommend if you want true Southern comfort food done right!

Outstanding food, with amazing Brussels sprouts and veggie omelet. The atmosphere was very comfortable. The sweet tea was perfect, neither too sweet nor too bitter. I bought 2 of their cute honey bee drinking glasses. Our waiter was a little on the not-so-friendly side. We had a large group of 11 but we were a friendly &, cooperative bunch so I’ll chalk it up to a bad morning. ‍♀️

My boyfriend wanted to surprise me with an establishment that had fried green tomatoes and by far this is the best place I have ever had them. We’ve been to 4 states in 6 days and these so far are the best. The menu is great, extremely southern and really good. Love the fact that they have mocktails and none alcoholic beer. Put this place on your list to eat when in town.

The mimosas were great!! Food was cold, bacon was extremely overcooked, the sauce doesn’t really go with the meal in my opinion but it had a unique flavor, grits were very chunky, there were grit balls throughout the bowl. Potatoes were undercooked

This place is perfect for a casual brunch with friends. The food was delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from. The service was good, friendly and efficient without being overbearing. Definitely a spot I’d recommend if you’re looking for a relaxed atmosphere.

mac & cheese was incredible, the chicken was nothing special and I didn’t love the sauces but I will go back specifically for the mac & cheese and I definitely will try the fried green tomatoes next time! the french fries were also 10/10, perfectly crispy and salty. the drink menu looked awesome but I am pregnant so I stuck to iced tea which was very refreshing. super friendly and fast service.

Had the fried chicken dinner mack & cheese potatoes, my fiance had the buttermilk chicken tenders with fried green tomatoes, fried okra and greens.
Let me break this down. Both of our chicken dishes were very dry, the greens lacked flavor however the fried okra and aioli were the stars of the dinner. We had the banana pudding for dessert it was also amazing.

We had a wonderful supper at Tuepelo Honey ‘s. We were seated in a comfortable corner booth and given royal treatment by the staff. We were celebrating a very special occasion. I enjoyed the delicious shrimp and grits. They were creamy with just the right amount of seasoning. The staff was friendly and accommodating without hovering. We were able to relax and didn’t feel rushed. Thank you.

This was my first visit to this restaurant. It was extremely hard to find. We tried multiple GPS apps and it still doesn’t bring you to the correct place so be aware. It’s on a side street where Orvis is at the corner.

We had a party of 10. We were seated immediately. We had a lovely time. The food was delicious . I had the sweet potato pancakes and my husband had the chicken and waffles. Others at our table enjoyed their meals. We had no complaints! Bo was our server and he did a great job with keeping up with all of us. If I’m ever in the city again I will definitely visit again. They should have never removed the sweet potato pancakes from the menu because they were so good. I’m glad they brought this menu item back.
