This is the take out place, so please don’t complain about no place to eat, small, etc. I came here after done some outing with my kids. We’re tired, hot and hungry. We ordered lunch specials (Pepper steak and Pork with Chinese Vegetables) and some wonton soup to go. We asked the owner if we can eat in the restaurant because my kids can’t wait for another 20 minutes drive and she said sure. The food was hot and tasty, except for the wonton soup (I like my soup really hot). Even the fried rice that came with lunch specials was tasty, compare the regular tasteless fried rice from other establishment. We will come back for sure to try other food.

I’ve been going here since I was a kid used to have $5 on me and stopped by this place to grab a lunch special after school in high school. I’ve seen the employees here and their children grow up. Every time I return to the area and want Chinese food, this is the place I go. I still can’t replicate their fried rice. It’s perfect. The people are very friendly. There used to be a gentleman who worked there and wanted to teach me Chinese! I don’t see him often but hope to one day so I can take him up on the offer! These are good people. Never had any problems with them and I’ve been there hundreds of times. Great service and very kind to everybody. I miss this place when I’m away and I am happy that the menu hasn’t changed every time i return. This is the best Chinese food takout in Virginia Beach. Go, go, go!

A great place that doesn’t taste like your typical fast food Chinese. Plenty of selections to choose from whether you want pork, beef, chicken, shrimp or vegetable. The staff are polite and professional. They are following current Covid guidelines. Recommended.

Ordered lomein with pork and shrimp. Ate over half so far, ate 1 shrimp. Saw 1 other one in the container. Not their best. Pretty flavorful but the noodles were gummy and sticky.

We were visiting family in Virginia Beach and ordered takeout on a Wednesday evening. Their food was delicious, the portions were generous, and the staff were hardworking and pleasant. I am only giving four stars because they don’t have a website with their current menu and prices, so we went there and ordered from their printed menu and waited. I am sharing photos of their extensive menu with prices as of November 2021.

Literally the best Chinese takeout I’ve ever had. I ate heat when I lived in Virginia Beach constantly. I’d get it after school, for lunch, for dinner, whenever the mood struck. The general Tso’s tofu is my particular favorite. Perfectly fried and crunchy with a soft center and sauce to match. The egg rolls were never soggy. I’ve lived in many cities since my last visit in 2013 and I still think about this. I’m typing this review in 2022 from Auckland, NZ because it’s been almost ten years and I still crave their food. Never found anything to match.

General Tso’s Chicken was really delicious. Chicken was crunchy which is hard to find here in Hampton Roads. Definitely how I prefer it! Only downside is the portion size which seems to be the same at every Chinese location after Covid. Will absolutely go back!

Overpriced for one “$” symbol. I was looking for a quick dinner and decided on take out. I ordered 12 wings, 4 egg rolls and shrimp lo mein (for pick up, not delivery) total was $43.43!

I live right behind the shopping center and have tried them 3 times. All 3 times the food has been overcooked and a bit greasy. I ordered the sweet and sour chicken and the chicken just tastes burnt and kind of like the oil or breading was old? Rice was under-cooked as well. I wish it was better since it is so close but I just can’t eat there anymore.
