We’ve been here for the degustation (tasting) 8 dishes menu. The food is actually exquisite if you don’t choose the steak, which is tiny (I mean, ok it’s 8 dishes so probably the main should be tiny – it’s just that seeing a tiny steak makes me sad). Tuna is exceptional. The only thing, we really got tired of yuzu in everything – from dessert to mocktails.

Look, we get that Tuna can be read as yuzu. But it would be nice to see more variety.

The chef is so cool and he greets you personally.

The caramel made of halibut fish gave me the creeps. Also I can’t stand the syrek wejsky, but that’s a personal taste – and it was in 2 dishes.

Overall, we enjoyed our dinner and the quality of food, the tasting combinations and service.

Maybe, 3+ hours on that chair is too long, the service could be quicker.

The music was driving me crazy at some point, why not go for some cool South American/Spanish vibes? Much better than the techno stuff, no?

So, really, I appreciated the effort very much, it’s only 4 stars because I see that the place is striving for a Michelin star and there’s area for improvement – hopefully you will listen to my review and improve!

Ok, the photo is fancy cheese with sashimi at the bottom and cherry sauce.

The guy that tells you about the wines is very cool, he deserves a raise and I wish he was more confident!

We didn’t choose tasting menu.
We ordered 6pcs Oyster No:2 which was amazing and then we order 6pcs more. It is really nice.
We also order caviar and it was one of the best things we’ve ever eaten globally.
You should try tuna tatar as well. I can’t describe how good it is by words.

Ps : they serve you Sparkling green tea originated from Copenhagen it is really amazing i will absolutely buy it when we go to copenhagen.

This is not a fine dining restaurant — it’s a joke. The service is poor: the waitress was extremely slow and barely spoke to us from the beginning. Explaining anything is apparently not their style.
They also have ridiculous rules in place. For example, when a couple wants different wine pairings at the same table (they offer three options: prestige, natural, and non-alcoholic), it is somehow impossible for one person to choose the prestige pairing and the other the natural one. You can choose non-alcoholic plus any wine pairing, but not two different wine types. This is a pathetic attempt to cut costs at the expense of customer experience.
I do not recommend this place. The manager was not welcoming at all — she failed to explain anything we asked about (especially these absurd rules) and started arguing with customers at the first possible moment. A very unpleasant person.
Unfortunately, this restaurant is just pretending to be fine dining and chasing a star, while their service doesn’t even meet basic hospitality standards.

4 hours total
2000zl total
oysters – good
set of non alcoholic beverages – 6x50ml 300zl – 2pieces is ok.
set of 6 pieces of food positions – 450zl
-pate with aspic, dried tuna, bread and butter – dont like
– a small basket with fish and red caviar – nothing special
– tuna tartare – ok
– the soup – stinks
main dishes:
– the meat steak – stinks
– Tuna steak. Probably okay, I don’t know how possible to ruin it. But it also had some kind of strange aroma. I usually eat tuna whole, raw, cooked, seared, any doneness, but I couldn’t do it here.
– Fish ice cream with fish caramel are shocking and (awful on my opinion)
– Pistachio and seaweed ice cream. It might be creative and interesting, but it’s edible after so many failures.

We waited two hours and 30 minutes for our main course. Despite ordering drink and food sets, we had to sit for half an hour between meals at an empty table. They didn’t even offer us water. The internet connection inside is poor. During this time, the playlist starts playing over again and that place starts to drive me crazy. It’s pure torture. If you really want to go there, order oysters.

The food is worthy of a 1 Michelin star restaurant which I hope for them that they will get.
The sommelier is unfriendly, and not a great story teller at all. It doesn’t matter if you’re into wine or not, he doesn’t seem to care – will tell you the strict minimum about the wine, not a single smile or even try to engage with you, and moves on. This was our one big disappointment with the restaurant, especially if wine is an important part of the experience for you.
Overall, we had a good time at Tuna and I hope they get their 1 star soon.

Creative & tasty food, great service and super friendly chef!

If Martin Gimenez Castro continues to open more restaurants in Warsaw, it would undoubtedly enrich the city’s culinary landscape. The modern setting of the restaurant complements the innovative cuisine. I loved the overall dining experience, making it not just a meal but a pleasant event.

Everything was excellent. Should really get some starters cause they’re absolutely amazing. While I tried the main dishes, they were really amazing, but still the starters were without a doubt the best
