I’ve always enjoyed this location, at least before the rebuild. No issues with service, but the food? Sloppy, uneven preparation, measly toppings (Except for the gallon of enchilada sauce poured over the burritos), subpar taste and seasoning and unattractive presentation?
Yesterday I stopped by for takeout – potato skins and queso for superbowl.
1. Since when are “potato skins” presented as potato coins? 2. VERY minimal toppings, some with no topping, skin on outside burned and cooked to the point of separating from the potato itself. (See pictures).
The description : “Potato Skins
10.99 Loaded with cheese, bacon, tomatoes and onions served with sour cream.
Key word: loaded. Barely edible and only after cooking bacon and shredding cheese myself to top.
Unacceptable, especially with a single microwave burrito now costs $17.00.
Also, a “loaded” baked potato costs 5.00, but unedibleskins cost $11.00.

Called to get order replaced kept on hold over 10min so I went to store while still holding. Employee informed manager that now I have come in and provided my name but the Manager response it’s gonna be a while. I waited additional 15 minutes or more. Finally, I Asked an employee To inform the manager that it was just for replacement of chips and salsa queso due to the chips being stale. At some point, the manager is yelling from the kitchen asking who I spoke with it and for a receipt , I also heard her saying, how was the chips stale. I responded to the employee if she would just look in the book but since I scanned coupons, could look it up but after another 10 minutes, I got the manager name and left the store. Manager Andrea, shame on you! I will be contacting coperate.

When we first walked in the atmosphere was so cold and dirty tables. That should have given us an idea of how tjis visit was going to be but we were hungry and asked for a table. We sat for 15 min before we got a server at our table / mind you thrre only about 5 tables being waited on at the time.

Great interior and delicious food. We ordered strawberry margarita and it was really good. We were also given chips and salsa after ordering and i really love their jalapeno cornbread! It was just the right combination of flavor and the texture was superb. It is exactly what i want for a cornbread and Tumbleweed nailed it. We ordered porkchops and chicken and potato and both were delicious. We also got grilled cheese sandwich for our son and he really loves it. We were also taken care by our server. We had a great experience over all. I would recommend this place for family and get togethers.

Couldn’t rate the food because my party of 3 has been waiting 15 minutes just to be seated and no one has acknowledged our presence. Restaurant is only about 1/8 full so not understanding the issue. Time is 1:30pm so this is not a lunch rush!

Not the Tumbleweed I remember. The two areas that this place excelled in were the quality of service and the cleanliness of the restaurant. I ordered the Taco Salad with pulled pork and it was so devoid of flavor I barely ate half. Iceberg lettuce, topped with some pulled pork, tender but bland, cheese, and sour cream. I used ranch dressing that I added Chula hot sauce to make it spicy, this was all the flavor I could taste. For the price, I would never order it again. No tomatoes, no other vegetables. Mom ordered the chimichangas and they were “filling but also had minimal flavor and were a little greasy”. Even the salsa tasted like ketchup with chunks of tomato. No salt, no onion, no garlic. I asked for the “spicy” salsa and it was just more runny and no heat.
This just isn’t the Tumbleweed from years ago. Sad to see the quality suffer so bad especially for the price we paid for 3 people to eat an early dinner $28. Plus tip. I doubt I will be going back.

Father&Daughter Debate Weareone

Everything was perfect! Every time I come! KP and KENZIE are absolutely amazing servers. Best of the best! The only blemish on this location is Tommy. The bartender/server. Horrible attitude!!! And it seems like each time I’ve interacted with him, he seems to have been drinking. Very unprofessional. Other than him, I love this place.

I had the bourbon sliders, they was ok. My friends had the taco salad and they said it was ok. Just eveytime I go the food is just nothing really to brag about. Service was good and attentive. The place was clean and so was the bathrooms.
