Various selection on the menu . Fun to choose heat levels for the different meals. Fresh made meals and friendly staff. Will definitely come back again.
I need everyone to stop what they’re doing because THIS is what real leadership looks like.
Let’s put a name to it: Gabriel.
Yes — that Gabriel. The manager who ran that place so flawlessly it felt like watching a master class in how to NOT be a terrible boss.
While the restaurant was busy (as it should be), Gabriel moved through it all like it was second nature:
• Calm under pressure
• Smiling and genuinely happy
• Helping customers AND employees seamlessly
• Zero degrading, snapping, or ego-tripping
Not overwhelmed.
Not stressed.
Not acting like he “outranks” everyone.
Just confident, respectful, and in control — the way a real manager should be.
And let’s talk about the staff for a second
Every single employee looked happy. Not robotic. Not miserable. Not counting minutes until clock-out. That kind of morale doesn’t magically appear — it comes from leadership. Period. ✨
Gabriel’s demeanor, the way he carried himself, the respect he showed his team — THIS is the blueprint.
Every manager.
Every owner.
Every corporate trainer.
Take notes.
Tumble 22, you have a gem.
Other businesses? You could learn a thing or ten.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Because good food is great — but great leadership is unforgettable.

We were immediately greeted with a delicious looking pie shelve, which we had to try, and the menus were QR code accessible, heads up. Our server was extremely friendly and present and the food was top notch! We started with the dirty fries and they were saucey, chicken was plentiful, and overall a welcome appetizer.
The chicken sandwiches were deliciously crisp, flavorful and plump. My boyfriend got the no spice chicken whereas I got the hot chicken, and they know how to spice and prepare the seasonings to make it phenomenal. I did enjoy the hot spice level better than the no spice. Even my son’s chicken strips were juicy and he destroyed them too!
Sides do not come with the meals, but it’s okay, the sides were worth the cost for how delicious they were. The broccoli salad was crunchy, delicious in the salad dressing and a good portion. The fries were crunchy, oily, bad for you tasty too!
We even got dessert at the end, we were tempted, and we got the pecan chocolate toffee pie. It was super sweet, perfect for sharing as a few bites will satisfy that sweet tooth craving, unless you’re a big sweet tooth eater. Nevertheless, the pie was one of the best I’ve ever had due to its unique twist on a traditional pecan pie.
Will definitely be back and wanting to try their rotating seasonal items next time. Thank you guys for the great first impression on what Austin has to offer.
But what really stood out to me was our waitress, Ivonne. She was so sweet, attentive, and made us feel very comfortable the whole time. She kept checking on us with such a great attitude, and you can tell she truly cares about her customers. That kind of service makes all the difference.
We’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you for such a great experience!
Vodka Chicken Parm ($15.95): We picked the Dang Hot heat level and it was the same as the Korean BBQ O.G. I thought the ciabatta bun would be hard, but it was actually soft. The flavors were delicious, and I loved the fresh arugula. The chicken stayed crispy and juicy even with all the sauces.
O.G. Chicken Sandwich ($14.75): This came with a Mo’Hot all-natural chicken breast, coleslaw, bread-n-butter pickles, and Duke’s mayo. The chicken breast was large, meaty in the center, and had a crisp outer batter. The Mo’Hot seasoning didn’t pack much heat upfront, but you could feel a slow build afterward. The pickles were crunchy and flavorful. While this sandwich was good, we both preferred the Korean BBQ O.G. for its bolder flavor.
Side Szechuan Fries ($4.15): Topped with pulled hot chicken, Szechuan mustard sauce, sriracha hot honey, cilantro, and scallions. A good size for sharing–we can’t imagine how big the full size must be. The pulled chicken was a bit dry and not spicy. When eaten alongside the sandwiches, the Szechuan mustard sauce tasted mild, and the fries weren’t very crispy. I appreciated the flavors more the next day when I ate the fries by itself. I also recommend reheating them in the air fryer for a crispier texture.
Korean BBQ O.G. Sandwich ($14.75): Made with a hot Korean-style thigh, gochujang, bread-n-butter pickles, kimchi carrot slaw, and Duke’s mayo. We didn’t detect much heat since it was probably masked by the sweetness of the gochujang. This sandwich was juicier and more flavorful than the original O.G. The buns on both sandwiches were soft, though a slightly more toasted edge would have added a nice crisp. This one felt especially cohesive, with every ingredient working well together.
Side Coleslaw ($2.40): The side coleslaw was noticeably smaller than the fries but had a mild, zesty flavor and was served at a pleasant temperature–not too cold.
1 Piece Wing ($3.85): We tried the Dang Hot wing. It was on the smaller side, and a lot of the seasoning transferred to the slice of white bread it came with. The spice level was bold but manageable–glad we tried it on a wing rather than in a sandwich, as it might’ve been overwhelming.
Add-On Heavenly Egg ($2.40): A creamy, zesty Creole-style deviled egg topped with candied bacon. Absolutely delicious. The egg was soft, the filling was light and well-seasoned, and the bacon was crisp without being overly dry.
