Tuman’s Tap & Grill was previously known as Tuman’s Tavern (aka The Alcohol Abuse Center), a Ukrainian Village dive bar with an eccentric décor and an eclectic clientele. The tavern received a much-needed facelift and was rechristened in 2012. The sunny corner storefront boasts booth and high-top seating with subtle nods to the tap’s dive-bar roots, from the original stained glass and wood on the back bar to the Alcohol Abuse Center signage as wall art. American menu. Weekend brunch 11A-2P Saturday and Sunday. Late night menu 10P-12A Friday and Saturday. Full bar. 28 draft beers. DJs spin 9P-1A Friday and Saturday.

LOVED their food! The shaved Brussels salad with chicken was recommended by our waitress and I would trust her with my life. We also loved the fish fry and they pour a perfect Guinness too. Can’t wait to go back and try the shrimp bahn mi! 12/10!

This is an excellent place to eat. The food is outstanding and not at all what you would expect as bar food. The beer is could and there are lots of choices, even really great gluten free beer! The service could not be better. I can’t wait to go back.

We live in the neighborhood and are (sheepishly) slightly snobby food people and every time we come here we always ask, why is the food so good?? From the simple salad (great fresh greens, a nice balanced vinaigrette) to the schnitzel to the Amish chicken, all really well-prepared and seasoned with fresh ingredients. Way above what you’d expect from a local pub.

I had an amazing time at Tumans Bar! The atmosphere was cozy, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the drinks were top-notch. Every cocktail was crafted, and the food was just as impressive. Steak and eggs are surprisingly good. I don’t like overcooked scrambled egg but it was perfectly cooked, soft and fluffy. Chimichurri sauce was very pleasant and shined steak. Potatoes were little too greasy but still tasty. I hope fries were crispy, cheese burger was flavorful. Food price was very reasonable but sour beer was little expensive.. it was 10oz $10.

Tumans Tap is amazing. I appreciate the staffs and managers kindness to me even though I have autism and their food is amazing and really good. Owner Tom and manager Joseph is very nice. The restaurant is in good condition. The pub burger is marvelous. Must come back. 10/10.

This place is definitely a Ukrainian Village vibe. Very cute place for a beer, lunch or dinner. During the summer you can sit outside, seating yourself where you want. They allow kids outside and inside, and there are always plenty of kids here.
I have come here many times, they have great Amish Chicken tenders, good burgers, during Oktoberfest they had a great menu highlighting German cuisine and extra large beers. They have a great southwest style salad and adding shrimp is a great option! They have great beer, better service, good hot sauce, and a nice vibe.

Amazing food for a bar. I’ve probably been here 100 times. Staff are all awesome. We bring our dog on the patio too. Can’t recommend enough.
