we arrive at 1:43 PM. They do not open until 2 PM on Sundays. We sat outside and we waited patiently. The waiter brought us the menus. We ordered our drinks. He said that it comes with chips and salsa. We waited 30 minutes for the chips and salsa. Remind you there’s only two tables with guests inside. I don’t wanna throw it out there and say that it was a race thing, but it feels like it was a race thing because we were sitting outside and we were basically serve last, but we’re the ones that entered the restaurant first. We still were being patient and kind until we realize everyone else is getting their food except for us. Skip the food quality here is good, but the serving amount is trash. We are grown adults. The serving sizes are basically for a child. Sorry, not sorry the drinks are weak. We had to literally go to the liquor store next-door and get our own shots to make it stronger. I definitely would not give this location another try. Don’t waste your time.

I visited Tulum lounge for the first time a couple weeks back and I was surprised that the quality of the food, the service and the ambience of the restaurant especially on a Thursday night. It was welcoming affordable and a great pick me up for the end of the work week.
I highly recommend checking it out on Thursday night for the comedy open mic which also features musicians. And there’s also a lot of other fun events happening throughout the week.

Tulum Tequila Lounge & Restaurant left me a bit perplexed. The atmosphere feels unfocused—part Mexican restaurant, part dance club, part something i’m not sure of—and I’m still not sure which experience they’re aiming for. The music is loud enough to drown out conversation, and the playlist isn’t exactly family-friendly. Adding to the confusion, a large monitor was playing Nickelodeon cartoons at the bar, which clashed completely with the happy hour/dinner vibe.
The staff seemed pleasant but lacked a cohesive look or presentation, which made the service feel less polished. Drinks were small for the price, and the food, while undeniably flavorful, was also overpriced. Chips were disappointing—stale in texture—and the salsa tasted like it came straight from a jar rather than being freshly made.
While there’s potential here, the lack of clear identity, inconsistent atmosphere, and underwhelming basics (like chips and salsa) keep me from recommending it at this time. Hopefully, with some focus and refinement from experienced management, Tulum can match its pricing to its quality and ambiance. Tulum Prime is the premier Mexican restaurant of Coral Springs. First night dare I tried their fajitas and they were excellent and the service was good. There was a live variety show by Puadafa Productions that was wildly entertaining. Next time I went there the service was a little bit slow but it was still a good time. I love their interior decorations and art in the inside. They really went above and beyond in interior decoration. I love that there is a different theme night every week as well. 5 stars. Best Mexican restaurant in Coral Springs

Amazing experience from start to finish. The food was delicious and well-presented, the service was attentive and friendly, and the atmosphere was a perfect mix of classy and laid-back. Huge shoutout to our server Kaylyn she was absolutely amazing, super friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down. She checked in at all the right times and really elevated the whole experience. Great vibes, great drinks, and even better food. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to and recommending to friends.

Loved everything about this place! The atmosphere was beautiful and had such a great vibe, the food was flavorful and beautifully presented, and the drinks were amazing. Kailyn was our server and she was absolutely wonderful—so sweet, attentive, and welcoming. She checked on us often, made great suggestions, and truly made the experience feel special. This is definitely a place I’d come back to and recommend for a fun night out or a date night.
