It was incredibly busy so I understand our sever being in the weeds. However drinks not coming in 30 min is unacceptable. It was loud but you could still talk. The food was quite good. Even the sushi was good. The drinks were great but the wait for them strained the experience.

The decor was nice, good size place. Big bar. There also is a sushi bar. They have a fire dancer. She performs about every 15 to 20 minutes. They have loud music and play good tunes. Be warned they stop the music quite often as it seems like a very popular spot to celebrate a birthday. If you have epilepsy be warned they use strobe lights when they sing Happy Birthday. The service was good. The food was decent, I say this because I only had a salad that was good and some guacamole. Now the guacamole had fried chicharon on it and they were yummy. However this is where the service and the decent food comes in, I asked if I could get the guacamole with no onions, since it is made fresh. She said yes. Well it came with onions. Now, I’m not allergic or anything, I just don’t like them. With all this said I am planning on going back as there is another dish I want to try. My friend had some sushi and loved it. Another warning the drinks are over priced. I paid $13 for a single Jamesons. $13! The food is pricey and you have to pay separately for your side dishes. My tab was $70 with tip.

Went here on a date, we were only give one menu, and we felt a bit rushed at the beginning with how quickly they were clearing our plates even when not done but then took forever bringing the check. The drinks and food were good. They had a nice fire performance and the atmosphere was great.

I came here last year when I was attending a conference and the food was amazing, so when I attended the same conference this year I knew I had to go back. The food was just as amazing as before. The Kafe Chata cocktail was a big hit. For a meal, my companion and I got the Pulpo Fuego and spicy tuna rolls – both were amazing! Will definitely return if I’m in the area again.

Food was extremely bland and underwhelming. There was no difference between the happy hour steak tacos and the handmade tortilla steak tacos which were more.
The mole enchiladas tasted like straight chili powder with no other seasoning.
The best part of the experience was the cool atmosphere and the margaritas.
Would not recommend this place to anybody especially for the absorbent prices they are charging.

I found this place by chance and was I ever floored. The service was fantastic. The food was excellent and the atmosphere was pretty chill. I ordered a few main dishes so that I could try a few things and everything was perfect. From the guacamole to the tacos to the fresh sushi I enjoyed every single bite. When I’m in town again I’m definitely bringing my friends and family here. Even tho I was alone they treated me like the best guest in the restaurant. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Booked a reservation a month in advance just so they could ruin our valentines dinner. We get to the restaurant early and there is crazy line in front waiting to check into their reservations. We were told they are just behind but we would still get our table. An (hour) later we get our table, we order everything and I ask for the bill because we had a concert to go to and we were running behind due to them not honoring the time I reserved a month ago! Guess what? Another (hour) later and still no food! I don’t if they overbooked or were over serving their customers to get more tips, but we had to cancel our steak dinners to make it to the concert in time. Because of them it ruined our valentines dinner and we had to go to the concert starving! Not ok beyond disappointed how they run their business.

Place was really cool! The service started really good but end of service just felt like it didn’t exist. Plates and cups kept getting taken without asking and it was kinda off putting. The food tho.. the FOOD. SO DAMN DELICIOUS!!!!! I had the salmon and mac n cheese side and omg i wanted to lick the plate clean sooooo good. They even had mocktail options when asked for non drinkers too!

A new fresh spot added to Westgate for small/big groups. Plenty of open sitting space yet cozy enough for two. In the evenings you can find a fire show/guitar gentleman playing. The boho, greenery theme of the restaurant gave you a glimpse of Tulum. (Hense the name) Tulum is well known for its instagrammable pics for swing in the restaurants. Add a set of swings and this place would take up a notch!! Otherwise, a cool place to snap a couple pics for your social media or just for fun. Our waitress was attentive to our request. The drinks were delicious ($19) A bit overpriced just like the food. Food was good just a bit over priced for the portion you received. We ordered street elote $13/ enchiladas de mole, cochinita pibil, aguachile plates each $29/ Roca roll, 3 arranchera tacos each $20. I’m not knocking Tulum, the concept is great and service excellent. Just a bit disappointed on the prices for the amount you received. Will we be back? Can’t find myself thinking I must go back. But if I ever find myself looking for a spot to catch a quick drink. Perhaps!
