This restaurant offers some of the finest Indian cuisine I’ve ever had. The warm welcome and outstanding service made the experience exceptional.

Went in here this evening to get a takeaway. Ordered at 5:30pm and it was confirmed to be done at 6.01pm. I know places can be delayed and have to wait a few minutes more but this was ridiculous. We were barely approached about how long our order was going to be after being told on the website it was ready.
It was nearly an hour later and I had to go up to someone with all these orders on a table and ask what was going on and he said oh it’s here after I told him what we ordered. So it seemed it was just waiting on the table?
No communication between staff falling all over each other and no apology for making us wait nearly an hour only a can of Fanta.
I understand it’s valentines Day evening and busy but cut off takeaway for a bit if they can’t keep up
The food was also not good, cold bland and thrown together after spending over €60 as well.
Save yourself and go to the likes of Spice Temple, much better food and service.
No impressed and will not being going back or recommend.

I got a takeaway from here tonight, and I can only describe it as the worst Indian food I have ever tasted. The pilau rice wasn’t even pilau rice it was boiled rice. The chicken korma was absolutely inedible, the sauce was so thin and just tasted like cream not to mention the state of the chicken, the same with the chicken tikka masala just tasting of cream. The nan bread tasted stale. I would not recommend at all. Expensive and bad quality food.

Got a takeaway from Tulsi this evening, second time recently. We had samosas and a balti. Delicious, so flavoursome. Got free popadoms with a lovely homemade mint sauce and onion. Service was great. Had to change the time of our order when plans changed and this was no problem.

Great food and good service only a small negative thing was their telephone was ringing constantly with a loud nautical type tune which became very annoying during the course of the evening

This restaurant is not INDIAN, the food is by far the worst I’ve had. It should not be categorized as Indian by any means, so I’m compelled to put this review here for my fellow Indians who are looking for Indian options around here. If you really want that experience head to Silver Oak (their food is “Indian” and yum). I actually feel bad for others who enjoy food there thinking that’s the epitome of our cuisine. (Wish I could tell them it’s not).
The dal – Channa dal (no tadka just boiled lentil)
Gobhi – boiled and swimming in turmeric water with
Roti – I don’t think these ppl really know what roti it!! So I leave it there.
