I’ve been here a few times and i normally get the classic or asian tender which is always. Decided to be a little adventurous in order the orange chicken tender bowl. First of all the tenders were nothing like the ones you would get if you were to get just tully tenders. Tenders seems like they were days old. The rice look like the ones you would get in minute rice. The broccoli and carrot looks like the ones from frozen packages. It came with this weird super sweet sauce. It was disgusting. I’m not wanting to complain, so I didn’t say anything still took the tender home for the dogs. Service was meh. The waiter was only looking at my husband and wasn’t looking at me when talking. Honestly, this left a bad taste in my mouth literally not sure I wanna go back.

We went with our group of 7 here. Based on the reviews I chose the chicken tenders with fries and I got a side salad as well. I loved the chicken with the honey mustard dip they included. It kind of had a little horse radish flavor mixed in. My wife didn’t care for it so she stuck with the ranch dip. Salad was great too.
Others in our group enjoyed the Asian chicken tenders, mushroom Swiss burger, etc.

I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad meal here. Everything is always so good. Pepsi products (win), salty popcorn, best tenders, I got the buff chicken sandwich added cheese and lettuce to it… so good!! Best ranch HANDS DOWN! Fast and friendly service and the manager always checks in on you. I’ll always come back!

Stacey was absolutely incredible! She was the polar opposite of the service I had the last time I was at Tully’s 20 years ago! She completely redeemed the place, in my opinion.
We had no wait time at all for a booth. The food was very good. The food was also very fast to get put to us. Our waitress was attentive the whole time. We even had other employees walk by and ask if we needed anything at all.
I would 100% recommend coming here if you are questioning it. It is definitely worth it in every aspect.
I will definitely make it a point to come here again in the future!

We were in Syracuse to visit our son for a few days and came here for dinner the day we arrived, a Friday. The place was busy but we got a table right away in a room in the back. The service was fine and friendly. While our son liked the food, we didn’t care for it much. The popcorn they give at the start had a good enough flavor, but was oversalted. Then, we had an order of the Tex-Mex egg rolls that tasted good at the first bite, but the next was so salty it was gross. Other bites, yes I tried another, were all way too salty. What is it with the overuse of salt at this place? Are they trying to get you to buy more drinks or is this common here?
I had the crunchy Asian chicken salad. The chicken was ok, but in keeping with the theme, too salty. Someone in the kitchen had a heavy hand with the salt and needs some coaching. The salad was just meh. Too much broccoli and I like broccoli but it was hard to get some lettuce out of this meal. There was some spice as advertised, but too sweet. And nothing about the taste of this dish made me think Asian. It made me think American calling something Asian that isn’t. If we visit again, we’ll find other places to eat.

Went here with my aunt and had a wonderful dinner. She got tenders and they were really good, hand breaded and tasty. I got the burger with 2 grilled cheese sandwiches as the bun and it was amazing. The burger itself was delicious as well as the grilled cheese. Friendly staff, got a table right away. Definitely worth visiting.

Although many people gather here to watch sporting events on TV, the main reason to come is that the restaurant serves excellent food. Try “the best chicken tenders you’ll ever eat” (a direct quote from my daughter). They come with a honey/mustard dipping sauce, but you may also want to try them with Buffalo wing sauce. They can be ordered as a main dish, or as a 3-piece side with any meal. An additional option is to order the skirt steak and chicken tender dinner special with potato (mashed or fries) and coleslaw. It’s a delicious meal for a very reasonable price. Other favorites include the Firehouse burger (a cheeseburger topped with chopped jalapenos) and the grilled cheese sandwich (the size of two sandwiches) Another great thing about eating here is that you get complementary popcorn while waiting for your order to be prepared. The servers are friendly and efficient, and the manager, Allen, does an excellent job maintaining quality control over all aspects of the restaurant. UPDATE-1: Ordered two new dishes this visit. I ordered a BLT and my wife ordered a meatball sub. Both were excellent. We also shared a delicious side of chicken tenders. UPDATE-2: The chili with tortilla chips was very good. UPDATE-3: The chicken quesadilla is a filling meal. The chicken is just as tender as that used to make the chicken tenders. You might want to ask for some hot sauce or jalapeno peppers to give it a bit of a kick. UPDATE-4: The restaurant was not at its best today. The buffalo wing sauce had no heat, the grilled cheese sandwich was perfectly toasted, but the cheese was not as good as it’s been in the past, and they’ve discontinued steamed broccoli as a vegetable choice. Hope they bring the broccoli back soon. I did enjoy the tuna macaroni salad. UPDATE-5: This restaurant probably has the best landscaping of any restaurant in the area. Nice attention to detail in all aspects of their operation.

Good food, great staff. Service was good. Good lunch specials, includes a Pilsner beer (my choice) or iced tea or soda. A whole lot of TVs.
