Best chicken tenders in the world? No. They’re decent but far from the best. Took almost an hour to get our food even though the place was empty. There was 7 of us and we ordered over 30 tenders and yet they charged us for almost every extra sauce we ordered. When you order extra sauce, they should tell you it costs more ala chipotle with their guacamole. Maybe the other locations are better but I wasn’t impressed in the slightest. I’d have given it a 2 overall but the kids really liked it so I bumped it up one more star. The fries are terrible and super undercooked.

We were unlucky and had an unfortunate visit. We ordered our food, only to be told 50 mins later that there was an issue with the ticketing system and the order just came through moments ago. We had the option to leave or wait for a few more minutes. My kids were so bummed out and didn’t find leaving after all the wait to be worth it, so we continued to wait and the manager offered to discount one of the plates.

Loud and fun atmosphere. Ordered the tenders and steak combo. The “greatest tenders on earth” were nugget sized and more batter(bland) than chicken. The 6oz steal was not bad. Free popcorn on every table is nice.

Six of us (3 adults, 3 kids) went here for lunch. We were seated right away; the place was steady but not busy. Once we ordered, the food took a very long time to come (approximately 45 minutes). Surprisingly long for what we ordered. Adults all ordered soup/tenders or sandwich. The chili did not have much flavor, neither did the baked potato soup, the French onion soup was flavorful but needed a little more broth. The chicken tenders were great as usual though. I wish they would have asked us if we wanted the kids’ meal if they were ready ahead; or at least checked on us while waiting for food.

One of the worst places to get takeout! We have gotten Tully tenders dinners takeout from this place a few times and each time they give you a ridiculously small amount of fries. I get they have to increase their prices to keep up with the times but at least give your customers an acceptable amount of fries. We also got the tex Mexican egg rolls as an appetizer. They cost a little more than 15$ and gave us 3 small egg rolls that were cut in half. Plus 11 tortilla chips. If you are going to give someone tortilla chips then give them more than 11! There is tons of room left in to container. I’m not one to complain but their takeout portion sizes or pathetic! Probably will go some place else from now on.

Staff is consistently friendly and food is always as advertised. They’re quick to correct any problems, when they arise, and you can’t beat FREE popcorn! They have a big adult beverage list that has something for everyone. Asian Tenders Dinner and Chicken Parmesan are two of my favorites. TV’s at every angle it’s an excellent, family friendly, sports themed restaurant/bar.

The worst experience yet , I tried to place a to go order by phone , got they greeting message and it said I was number 1 in queue and someone would answering my call to take my order. After 10 minutes of waiting on the phone being number 1 in queue to order, I decided to drive there so I could place a order. I ask for a manager and show him my phone still playing there message on speaker phone and show him the call timer still going at almost 17 minutes, he says well I can take your order now , defeats the purpose of calling in and having food ready so you don’t have to wait . I place my order with him unhappily and tell him I want Asian tender dinner EXTRA crispy with potatoes and side of rice , and 2 bags of popcorn. After waiting in lobby for my order it ready the girl hands me my order and says your all set, almost walk out the door and realize I’m missing the 2 bags of popcorn I asked for , so I tell the woman she radios back for some it’s a little time to get it and I’m wondering why , so I check my order open the container the tender we not extra crispy like I ordered , there were a few French fries mixed in with my tenders, the ranch dressing in the little container they give you and my potatoes in there container were tossed in the container with the Asian tenders and were all covered in sauce , what a mess. Can’t put those in separate bag? Just lousy service and prep , manager didn’t even offer a discount or anything when I ordered , was unhappy after checking meal, asked for money back will never go there again …. Always check your food before leaving they always screw your , this wasn’t the first time .

Overall I would say not to bad. Not sure if the governments $300 monthly free money handout is hurting restaurants so I’m trying to remain optimistic here. We were a party of 10 & Korey our waiter was very attentive & did a wonderful job. A little slow getting the appetizers & main meals out so not sure if there was an issue in the kitchen. Ordered 2 orders of Buffalo wings & 1 order of garlic wings, the one plate of Buffalo wings were nice & crispy, but 2nd plate of Buffalo wings were fatter & rubbery yellow looking. I handed out the rubbery wings first (cuz I like mine crispier) & a few minutes later, my sis-n-law, niece & mom shows me the wings I gave them & they were all pink inside! Ugh disgusting & nothing worse then under cooked food/meat! Needless to say, their appetite was done with, but I finished the other wings that were crispy, lol. Sitting around waiting now for our meals & had to ask for the side salads that a few people ordered to be brought out. Meals came out & 2 of us ordered Buffalo tenders. You wouldn’t even know they were Buffalo tenders as there was nothing Buffalo about them & not saucy at all. See pictures. Tully’s really cut back on their menu as well, very disappointing. There’s really nothing in the appetizer menu that’s “shareable”. We would always get nachos, but not anymore as they no longer serve them. Definitely not the Tully’s I know & remember from years past….
