It’s very family friendly atmosphere, but there is a lot going from multiple TVs to large groups on a daily basis if you are another person have anxiety of large groups or get overstimulated easily I do not recommend going here. It is a lot going on. I counted nine TVs in my view playing multiple different things with multiple different volumes. It’s a lot to take in but other than that the service is great the staff is incredibly nice. The food is good for what it is. And for the price of the food, it’s a good place for if you’re on a budget.

My family and I went to Tully’s for our annual family get together, something we look forward to every year, and unfortunately the experience was completely chaotic from start to finish. We waited an extremely long time just to be seated with no clear explanation or updates. Once we finally were seated everything felt disorganized and rushed, and it was obvious there was little to no communication between staff members. What made the experience especially uncomfortable was witnessing a host being yelled at by managers in front of customers. It created an awkward and tense atmosphere and honestly made us feel bad for the employee. Situations like that should be handled privately not out in the dining area. Overall the lack of organization, poor communication, and unprofessional management behavior really took away from what was supposed to be a special family night. Very disappointing, and not an experience we would choose again.

I ordered from here not too long ago through DoorDash.
When my food arrived, there was the usual sticker placed on top of the bag to show it hadn’t been tampered with by the DoorDash driver, and it was still sealed.
Once I opened the bag, I noticed that instead of the workers placing the drink separately in the bag with my food, they had put the drink inside the food container. There’s no reasonable way someone accidentally places an entire drink inside the food; it seemed like it was intentionally put there.
At first, I didn’t think much of it, but I decided to call the store to figure out what happened since the DoorDash driver clearly hadn’t tampered with the order. I initially spoke with an employee and was then redirected to a manager. While I was on the phone, I could hear people laughing in the background. As we were about to hang up, I heard workers in the background mockingly say, “bye.”
I don’t normally leave reviews, but knowing my food was tampered with and then hearing people laugh about it was not something I expected. I believe this situation should be looked into.
