Tugboat Fish and Chips is a little hole in the wall family-owned joint that lives up to its namesake. The fried fish is perfectly fried coming out flaky and hot – not overly greasy like other places. Although the drink selection could be better, the order was taken and served with a smile.

An unassuming place with great food. Was looking for something to eat in Lincoln when we spotted this place. Didn’t have high hopes but decided to try it anyway. I’m so glad that we did. It was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend giving it a try. The fries are really average, but the seafood is amazing.

If you’re aware of the existence of this restaurant and haven’t eaten here you’re robbing yourself. For the price they sell their food and how good it is they’re practically running a charity. Eat there, and once your meal is done proceed to wonder why you didn’t do it sooner.

Great little place, lots of good reviews for good reason. Good food and fast service. My son and I went for the first time based only on reviews, good decision. My family has lived in Lincoln since before Tugboat Fish & Chips opened, and we have definitely missed out. But not anymore, we’ll be back again and again.
