Order: super breakfast platter. Two over medium eggs, EXTRA crispy bacon + side of crispy bacon.
When I pulled up, there were two cars in front of me. I waited 22 minutes BEFORE ordering, and then waited 10 minutes at the window for THIS! Soggy/fatty bacon (disgusting) and over cooked, bland eggs. The lady taking orders at the window was on speakerphone talking to somebody in between talking on the microphone and telling customers “hold on a sec.” UNPROFESSIONAL. I love Tudor’s, I have lived in Huntington my whole life, and NEVER have I seen this awful of service or their food. I literally never leave reviews, but yeah, I am pretty aggravated at what I just experienced, and now hangry because I have nothing to eat.

Sit in drive-through for almost an hour because they’re only cashless which still does not explain why I sat in the drive-through for almost an hour. You cannot get out of that drive-through once you’re in then I got home to cold food. Tried to call the store and they have the voicemail box full so no one can call and complain. Absolutely horrible do better.

The original Tudors. The only issue Ive ever had was the drive-thru crampness which usually spills into the alley way then on to 20th. Other than that the interior is well designed and gives you that “this IS Tudors” feeling. Kind of holmy feeling. My service has always been great usually with these ladies that you can tell they love their jobs and they do great. The food here is also way better and larger here in comparison to other Tudors. Think theres only three Tudors not franchised. Well the food will taste home-made and fresh. Even my sauge patty tasted 10× better than at the franchised location. Anyways we do recommend and will be back.

I told them this and I’ll tell everyone this as well, I’ve been to many different tudors and this one is the best one yet! I love love love my bacon well on perfect crisp and all. no one ever seems to get it right until I ate there today the bacon was perfect!! They were super super friendly and I don’t know what everyone else is saying with the wait cause the wait wasn’t bad for us at all we got our food very fast and went through twice. Over all though this place is great everything was amazing including the great staff they need a raise! haha

two sausage egg and cheese flapjacks and they gave me two bacon. I waited in line for like 30 minutes and they still gave me the wrong order. I will never be coming back here again. This is ridiculous after 30 minutes. How did you still get my order wrong and then try to proceed to fix the right one. You should’ve heard me first the right time. I’m so confused how you have people waiting in line and you’re so shortstaffed but you can’t even hear us through the speaker and get the correct order that’s so unacceptable.

Slowest Tudors drive-thru I’ve ever sat in. I was in the drive-thru for over 10 minutes watching multiple cars decide to leave rather than sitting and waiting. Finally got to the menu board, was asked to wait again. Waited another 10 minutes before pulling out of the drive-thru and giving up. No other Tudors location is like this, why is this one so slow?
