Went here years ago, went with my daughter the other day, and it defenetly impressed me! Staff were brilliant and went out of their way to help.
As a result of an injury, I needed to sit in certain areas, no questions asked, they gave us what we wanted!

My husband and I ate here after a day at the races and everything we had was delicious from the big juicy prawn starter to the mixed grill and lamb chops of our mains. I finished with the pavlova and just loved it. The staff are polite and efficient which meant we didn’t wait long between courses. Next time we are in Ayr we will definitely go again.

My husband and I have visited the Tudor a few times, and it’s usually quite busy, the food and service have been quite good.
Tonight was busy, which is not a complaint.
but the service was extremely poor mainly due to MANAGERESS,who was very unprofessional and disrespectful, our meal was late but her attitude was awful, we had waited 40mins for our main meal only, our main problem was people had been served before us when they had arrived 10 mins after us.
The Manageress blamed it on how busy it was instead of just quietly apologising, she was loud and her tone had embarrassed us in front of other diners, it was as if we had no right to say anything.
Personally she shouldn’t be working there due to her unprofessional attitude, younger staff much more pleasant.
We won’t be back!!

Good atmosphere friendly staff. Most dishes looked fantastic I got the steak pie wasn’t overly keen however I’m a picky eater but my party gave compliments on haggis. Despite not being busy service was slow.
