We were on the road a little later than we wanted to be and it was getting late. We needed to find a place to eat and we mentioned pizza. I knew there was a couple pizza options in the area since I drive this direction for work. We never stopped here before, but figured we would give it a try. The workers were very friendly, and the pizza was good. I have been meaning to stop back and try some of the other food but just have not had the chance. I heard the Stromboli‘s are really good.

Tuck’s stromboli is excellent. I have tried several items on there menu and it all has been very good. Tucks is more of a take out but they do have a small seating area with 6 or 7 tables that will handle up to 20 or so people.

We ordered a 16 cut pizza not realizing it was a thick cut pizza, we called Tucks to see if there was any way possible to get a 12 cut regular crust pizza and the worker(s) were so polite and awesome. The one worker told me there would be no problem if I brought the 16 cut back and they would make us a 12 cut regular crust…meant a lot to us and we will be ordering from here more often. So nice to have a pizza place who understands we are all human and make mistakes when ordering.

We absolutely loved this diamond in the ruff!!! Amazing hot sausage stromboli, calzone, and pizza!!! Everything we had was delicious, filled and not skimpy, and had a nice NON- heartburn sweeter sauce. The prices were fair too!! We give this a big thumbs up!!! Come here if you want deliciousness!! 🙂

My family and I ordered a stuffed pizza and that was also the last time I’ll order it. The person taking our order was nice so that’s why I gave 1 star. When I try cutting into a piece of pizza or stromboli, I don’t expect that I need to cut with full force and still break a plastic fork or bend a metal one when cutting it into a piece I can bite. The “crust” was tougher than most cardboards and the “filling” was dripping grease without even cutting it yet.

Last time, NOTE, the last time we ordered the stuffed pizza, we sliced it, and had multiple slices that were completely devoid of sauce, cheese or fillings, like 1/4 of the pizza.
The rest was very sparsely filled, and we ordered and paid for multiple items, mushrooms, onions, and pepperoni.
Seriously?
This is their top attraction, and we always ordered it when we wanted something different for special guests.
I put the first slice on my mother’s plate, and when she asked where was the filling, I thought she was joking, until she lifted the top crust and it was bare underneath, and she asked if we had ordered an empty pizza as a joke, and if so, could she have a “real slice”.
The joke, was NOT a joke, it was downright embarrassing.
I don’t know if they had a comedian in the kitchen, or someone so inexperienced that they didn’t know how to properly build a pizza, but I guarantee we will NEVER buy here again.
And we have been buying from Tucks since they were way out on the way to Salina.
