Food is very good. Staff is always friendly. The mango lemon pund cake desert is extra charge, however, diabetics would risk death to eat it. Bite after bite it is amazing to eat. Highly recommend for dates and family night outs.

More than 11 people in our party to give a perspective of how much food we were expecting. Goals were set since the beginning with our host: we ( as a group) like well done beef. Salad bar was ok, we have to wait more than 40 minutes for beef. Just chicken Parmesan and chicken hearts were mostly offer. Beef was brought in twice barely cooked, bleeding almost and the “portions” were tiny almost transparent pieces. After four attempts to request in good faith our meats please to be well done no changes were made… at the end we were offered a piece of well done beef to share in our table while they were cooking more .
We thought it was a joke … it wasn’t and the beef never came. Bad experience to have when you are paying a high price for a Brazilian experience, unless you are set for a salad bar and chicken hearts.

Amazing service, the manager Luis was increíble I never saw a manager like that super kind and respectfully, I been eating in tucanos for a full year and Luis always been my favorite server and also meat server. Andrea also was my server today and was really kind and nice with my table.

By far the worst restaurant experience of my life!! I feel violated by this place! Like criminally! Their business model is to give you such a small portion of meat and then make you wait so long for more that you just give up and go home! Very dishonest practices!! I ask one server if I could have a little more and he said “ that is all I’m allowed to give you.” Our waiter came by and asked if we were ready for the dessert menu after we had been there for 45 minutes, I said, “we haven’t even got any of our food yet!” I talked with the manager multiple times and they promised they would get some meat out to us. After 2 hours of some meat scraps we gave up! $120 for two people and leaving an “all you can eat” restaurant hungry, something is wrong!!! Please don’t eat here!! Go to rodizos! Same price but at least they feed you something. Terrible experience!!!

Very fun vibe! Went there for a birthday and they were very kind. I asked for chicken hearts right before we were about to leave and as we were getting up to leave they came by with more chicken hearts. Very kind and thoughtful people from what I’ve seen. 12/10 experience!

We like our meats well done and our server cutting the meat made sure she let the chef/cook know. Minutes later came our well done meat! She was amazing!! Our waitress was very attentive and super nice and even the manager was gracious and very friendly!! We had an amazing experience for my birthday, thank you!

My family comes here decently often and we always have a good experience, but last night our group birthday dinner was hands down the best experience we’ve ever had. Our waitress, Morgan, was incredible. She was very attentive and came by often to check on us and make sure we had everything we needed and she was very helpful. Every single person we encountered was so sweet and friendly, we were asked a couple times if we had requests for meat which was awesome. The food was very delicious as always, but we were just blown away by the customer service and hospitality!!

The food was only ok. I question the freshness and cleanliness of the salad bar and pasta areas. The restroom hadn’t been checked or cleaned in days as was obvious by the smell and cleanliness chart. For 2 people we spent a little over $80 and for the food and atmosphere it wasn’t worth it. We can eat at a nice clean steakhouse with fresh sides for around $50-$75 so we’ll do that next time.

Tucanos made my date night so special by providing a positive atmosphere and incredible food! I have to give some attention to my server Jamie because she was so polite and attentive! She was on top of all drink refills and making sure we were taken care of and I was so impressed by her!

Yummy food and nice atmosphere. What really set this place apart from others was the service! Our server MIKE was incredible! I cannot rave about the service enough. He was kind, knowledgeable, personable, timely, and funny! Definitely made the dining experience a 10/10. Requesting Mike as your server is a MUST!
