Restaurant was unique. You have a buffet to get food from but you also get a variety of meats offered to you at your table. Some meats were better than other. Some were delicious cuts but were dry and cold and some were not. Just varies what you’ll get. We enjoyed the restaurant and the experience of it.

Staff was amazing! They were working with what they had but my bad review results from the terrible handling of reservations and bad quality meat.
This was by far the worst of the worst reservation handling I’ve ever seen at any “””high end””” place, McDonald’s handles a rush better and has better red meat. I cannot stress enough how terrible they handled the reservations.
We seen nearly 3 tables lie and say they were the name of a table being called that wasn’t responding just to skip the line, we also personally heard 2 tables say they didn’t even have reservations and lied, we understand it’s a busy night but everything was done on paper, they only asked if you had a reservation and did not verify, Are reservation was at 7:30 we were seated at 8:25 after being told it was a 15-30min wait.
(We talked to 6 tables while waiting in line 5/6 lied to get in, there were nearly 100~ tables, do the math the business controlled nothing)
We seen multiple couples get skipped because they were not being called on the phone, wait time was 30-45 minutes, it was cold outside people wanna sit in the car! plus the absolute zoo of a front waiting area, 60 people crammed into a 15×15 square. + the additional 15 people stuck outside waiting near the door, if they would have taken numbers everyone could have sat in the car.
The meat was really really low quality we tried 12 dish’s and 1 was very good, the red meat was low quality, almost every meat was dry and salty. I could have prepared better quality meat on the cheapest charcoal grill and took my $150 to Albertsons. The only good experience was the amazing and kind staff.
Joshua, Jorie, and Reese are saints, sadly I do not think we will return to tucanos for any sort of special occasion or dining.

Tons of options, lots of delicious food. Not easy to recommend for anyone that prefers their meat more well done, but otherwise you’ll have lots of good options. The atmosphere is fun, my guest enjoyed and commented on the style of the restaurant. Our waitress was excellent. Not a cheap meal, but great for something special.

I was here a few years ago before Covid and there nachos were huge. Now they are half the size. They need to layer the chips with meat and cheese. By the time you get to the middle all the stuff is eaten and you just have chips. Waitress was great. Super sweet.

We went tonight January 24th and had the most humbling experience. Left us all holding back tears. We drove up from Burley because my sister has never been. She was up front and honest with the staff about her terminal cancer. NOT to expect freebies, or discounts, Simply to explain to them why she was asking for a to go box. Due to her sickness she’s not able to eat very much, very fast so she wanted to be able to have the experience, but maybe needed to take some home. Not only were they EXTREMELY accommodating our entire meal was covered for us. Our waitress came over and told us whenever we were ready we were good to go our bill was taken care of!! We were completely speechless. We asked our waitress if we could at least tip. We were also told not to worry about that, but we insisted it was the least we could do. Thank you from this family to the entire staff at Tuscanos. It was an experience we appreciated more than we can express.

We had a wonderful experience at Tucanos Brazilian Grill on Friday night. We made a 5:30 reservation and, even though traffic made us about five minutes late, they were incredibly accommodating and welcomed us right in. There was plenty of space, and every staff member we interacted with had excellent customer service.
The restaurant was very clean and well cared for. I’m not much of a meat eater, but my husband and son definitely are, and they loved getting to try all kinds of new options. I really enjoyed the luxury salad bar — it was fresh, well stocked, and honestly just delicious. We even took a slice of chocolate cake home to finish the night off right.
Thank you to everyone at Tucanos for the great service and a wonderful dining experience!

Has other Brazilian steakhouses go this one is excellent as well. The choice in music that they play in some of the classics are fantastic. The atmosphere is terrific. The staff is excellent being our first experience at this location. It has been truly a long time. They make A black bean and beef stew that just gave me a Prustian experience Taking me back to my childhood. What incredible flavors. I could live on the salad bar alone honestly. Everything was excellent. The surface was terrific. I’m so glad it wasn’t as crazy. Busy as they say normally is when we came they made our experience that much more fun. They really took good care of us, Jenny, Max and Freddy the cook. They took care of us so well, we are very grateful.

A delicious eating experience like dinner with family! Great music and restaurant seating to create the atmosphere. Incredible staff like Freddy – Meat Master, Jenny – awesome server, and Max – incredibly nice and attentive. The food was hot, delicious,and always serving. The salad bar had plenty of options for every eater. The hot bar was unexpectedly delicious…so much that it was like stepping back into our childhood grandma’s house. Flavorful stews, stroganoff, fried plantains, deserts that make your mouth water…just yum! It exceeded our expectations. A dining experience beyond just good food. Definitely don’t miss out on this establishment.

We had went 11/15/25 Saturday evening for 3 family members’ birthdays. My 52nd, little cousins 19th & another’s 20 something lol. There were 13 of us. Everyone was very impressed not only by the service but the food was delicious. Well worth the $35 per person. We will definitely be back.
