I noticed the sign saying under new management so I decided to give this location another try. WOW!!! The building looks so much more inviting. The dining room is reopened, all new lighting inside, the food tastes fresher and the drive thru wait time is half of what it was before. I spoke with the new owner for a few mins about all the improvements he’s made so far. He’s very approachable and friendly. Will definitely be going here more often.

They gave me a hot famous instead of a cold one I ordered. Off putting but I just blew on it until it was room temp. Then got a glob of hot mayo, not even an ingredient that should be on there and it made me vomit.

I’ve been going to this location for a few years now, and I am thrilled that they are under new management. This place just got 10x better. The guy at the window had great customer service skills & the food was hot and fresh. I was very happy to see such fresh vegetables on my sandwich!

So I always come to this tubby’s which to me was one of the best tubbys out there but I got a sub today and it did not taste like a tubbys sub. The bread is different. The sauce on the sub didn’t taste like the ranch that is on the tubbys sub. The sub was okay but I was in the mood for a tubbys sub and thats not what I got. I don’t know if it’s just because they’re new or what.

Since the ownership changed, the food quality hasn’t been quite the same. There’s less meat in the subs, the flavor is different, and the wrapping seemed a bit rushed. Prices have also gone up a bit.
