Had a reg size mushroom steak and cheese. Order of battered mushrooms and a large drink. Over $20.00. The taste was good. The bread was kinda crumbling and falling apart. The amount of meat was kinda sad for the price. Will I be going back? Maybe. If I hit the lottery and waste money on food. The lady that took care of my order was very polite and prompt!

First time, Christmas day — only thing around open. For 2 subs (1 heated), pouch fries + 2 cupcakes it came to $40. The staff was nice and friendly, detailed info on food ordered. They had the football game playing on tv. Food was good and tipped staff but it was pricy for subs

I ordered from here and my food came completely stale, the bread was crumbling in my hand. The sandwich was not cut completely in half. The food was also ice cold. The owner Mariana tried to blame the food being cold on the Uber driver when my app stated he arrived to me early. She also had no explanation to why the food was stale and thrown together for a pig.

Very disappointed. Oh my Lord!! What happened? Tubby’s used to be my go-to sandwich shop and the onion chips were awesome lately the onion chips were soggy greasy wet and then fried crispy I don’t know how that’s possible but I had a bag of grease. Even my sub was soggy. Come on tubby’s”maybe I’ll try again in a few months.

Ordered online and still waited 35 minutes after arriving for two steak and cheese subs. I had to wait in line behind 4 people as they ordered, then the young lady behind the counter decided to make all of their orders before mine. I placed the order online much before any of the customers in the building did. Bad customer service and bad task management. The sub I finally did get had traces of cheese, maybe (?) and no sauce. The tomatoes were mushy. There is only ONE person working in this place each time I go and the service is so slow because of it. Where is management?! Why aren’t you helping during peak hours if you have staff shortage? Lame. That poor girl needs help!

Alexis is most friendly, sweet, and hard working young lady in all of the Tubby’s frandises in Michigan. At times she works alone, and never complains plus her customer service is awesome. Give that woman a raise Tubby’s!! Thank you
