I would give this location a minus five stars if I could. My husband and I drove from Farmington Hills to this Tubby’s location because they were the only one open late, and when we got there, 30 minutes before closing, we were told we could only have cold food from the menu that the grill was closed. We wanted a Tubby’s mushroom, steak, and cheese. That’s what we drove all that way for. If we wanted cold food, we could of stayed at home and made sandwiches. To make the night a little bit worse… it was the manager who told us we weren’t getting what we’re came for and he was rude and nasty about it as if we were in the wrong for even showing up there. Tubby’s is our absolute favorite sub shop, but friends, don’t go to this location!

Got 2 12in steak and cheese jumbos and they were made almost perfectly. Aside from just a little to much dressing everything was perfect. Meat was cooked right bread was fresh not to much lettuce. It was pretty much like I made it for myself. This will be my go to tubbys for sure.

They kinda do what they want. They sometimes take the phone off the hook when they are busy. Also sometimes they make you pay over the phone for call in orders no matter how small the order is. There was a person there that didn’t know how to use the deep fryer but I haven’t seen her my last few visits. My food is usually delicious just placing the order gets to be a lot sometimes.

This was one of the worse Tubby’s establishments that I have visited. The service was poor and the young man taking the orders could care less. I complained and I was told it’s not a big deal, I ordered a ham and cheese sub on a wrap. Whoever made my wrap felt it was okay to do it the way; my wrap was long as my arm. Needlees to say, I will never visit this location again!

Was there twice in 2 days and both times they had taken my order, and make the sub quick and didn’t mess it up. I stress that. It was done right. No place to sit when your waiting there so some chair would be great. Other wise it was good
