So here the problem, first they must not be cleaning the oil or deep fyer that they use the fries for, i had numerous bacon pieces in my reg size fries i order, so that telling me they cross contamination food. then on top of that most of the fries were soggy i dont eat pork, so with that being said fries in the trash. On too the sub the meat had a funky taste too it, orange/ brown grease on the bun, not normal, on to the third issues i got this food at 6 30 to 700 pm on 11 18 2025, it now 12 51 am and i been on the toilet for a hour you get my drift, i promise i wont be back anymore after this i gave this place many tries. I will have to find a new sub shop… and not trying to be rude either, just being honest. In the last month in a half this place has weny down hill.

The associate took 5 times to try to do our order in the register. Switched our sandwiches up and forgot our fries. We will not be back. We even joked ours would be wrong because another customer had theirs incorrect. Guess what ours was wrong lol

I know exactly where to go if I ever want a bread sandwich. I can’t imagine them putting any less toppings on their subs. This is just awful and a waste of money. Is the food coming out of the worker’s paychecks if they put just a little more? I have never, in my life, had any food that is SUPPOSED to have toppings have this small amount of toppings on it.

Sticky floors, dirty tables, a bit of “junk”scattered around (vacuum/shovels/trash/storage totes/ fans), lights out, digital menus were out of service, broken door handles… Haven’t been to this location in a while but it looks like it’s been neglected and is in need of a little TLC. Most of this could be fixed up with very little $ and few hours of work. I guess I would expect a restraunt to be pretty clean early in the hours of operation, not so at may last visit. Food was… meh. The bread was great the rest of the sandwich was lacking. Literally had a super thin single layer of meat. The lettuce had no crunch and was pretty soggy. And the two tomato slices on my large sandwich were sliced paper thin. The prices are however pretty cheap to correspond with the skimpy meat portions. I used to enjoy an occasional Tubby’s sub but I don’t think I’ll be back.

There was white paper with wording on it in my steak n cheese sub . I’m gussing it was a straw wrapper, or a piece of bag. How does that happen??? Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. Whoever worked the afternoon shift 2-6 needs to learn how to make a proper sub. Owner needs to look into this.

Don’t know what happened here but got a sub and if you enjoy eating more bread then this is the spot to go, literally there was only meat in middle of sub and there was hardly any there to begin with one side didn’t even have cheese on it no seasoning either. Sorry just bad.
