Elite sub experience , if you get a steak and cheese here make sure you get w dressing. The owner and cooks are a class act and always treat customers with complete and utter respect , they even go as far to give you an extra sauce for free because they want you to enjoy the experience!

Great experience!! Did an online order and went to pick it up. Lobby was already closed so went through the drive thru to pick it up. The Tubby’s associate was very friendly and helpful. I then pulled behind the vehicle in front of me thinking I’d need to wait until they got their food. Nope!! The associate brought it right out to me so I didn’t have to wait. Very nice of him to do that. Food was excellent, too. Who knew Tubby’s had great fries???

Our family gets a to go order from this particular Tubby’s at least 2x a month for the past year. Almost always the same thing; 2 Large Italian Subs. The food is always fresh, the drive thru works always friendly, and our order is always correct. It’s nice to be able to grab some quick sandwiches for our kids after a busy day and the absolutely love them.

Sam is the man, what else can I say? My kids and I stopped in here on the way home and needed a quick and tasty dinner. We had steak and cheese, turkey club, fries, and mozzarella sticks w/ranch. I would’ve taken a pic but we ate too quickly. We will be back!

If you want to go to the BEST Tubby’s in Michigan, go to the one in Westland. The owners are the nicest people, and really make you feel like family from the second you walk in to the second you leave. The food is extremely fresh, the atmosphere is clean, and the service is quick. HIGHLY recommend this spot compared to other locations.

Grew up in this area, and this was one of my favorite places to eat. Once in a while, I get back here and try to stop in.. Sign on the door says the lobby closes at 7 PM. I’m getting there around 6 PM and the lobby is closed. The door is locked. I will not try to eat one of those in my car. Not sure if you have a lazy staff or why you can’t properly post signs to indicate a proper closing time. Or does management or the owner not even know about this? I had several buddies in my car. We would’ve dropped a good $75. Saw another guy tried to get in and he was not happy either. Be honest, I’m gonna just stop pulling in there and trying. I am a business owner and I know this is one of the ways that contribute to failure.

I am very disappointed in the service I received I love tubbys and this is the only one in my area I felt rushed at the speaker ordering my food then I asked for dressing and it was forgotten so I went back to get it. I was very nice to the guy and he tossed a dressing on the counter for me and was greeted very rudly when I came in to get it. I hope customer service can greatly improve or I can’t see me coming back and spending my money there
