So tired of getting robbed by this location. I get my sandwich for work 1/2 times a week but am just going to start going down telegraph to get my moneys worth.
If you order a jumbo +$3 from this location you’ll never get it made jumbo. And then if you add extra cheese on-top of it you’ll be lucky to get it….
Paying an extra $5/6 for these addons and not getting them multiple times is the last straw.
There’s no email for this place to even reach out to management or make complaints.

We ordered a 2 foot Famous Tuby’s sub. For New Years Eve. The people that took my order was amazing. I have allergies they made sure everything was great for me. The day we picked it up everything was in different containers. They was so nice and accommodating. Thank you so much .

I payed $14.00 for a sub that had less meat then usual , asked the lady for 2 tubbys famous dressings when she handed me the sub although she was nice said that she was supposed to charge me for more then 1 dressing and in the future to let them know so they add it to the order , to say im a bit upset , I tired of all these fast food places wanting to charge for extra crackers , ketchup etc… when I go to subway they dont charge me for extra dressing , I won’t be back! bye bye tubbys screw your charge for over 1 tubbys dressing , I will make my own sandwich much cheaper or go to subway who know how to treat there customers better.

Stopped here and ordered my long time favorite, the chicken and cheddar sub, and the taco sub. It was prepared nicely and was very tasty, also try the fried mushrooms and onion rings you won’t be disappointed. Highly recommend this restaurant

We’ve been twice. Both times the food was really good, from the subs to the kids’ chicken nuggets and fries. The 1st time the lady was amazing, friendly, patient. The 2nd time a different lady was rude and impatient. Wish I’d gotten names…

Everything here is Great. My NEW FAVORITE SPOT!!! The gal behind the counter is extremely helpful and super friendly. Food tastes fresh and there is so much to choose from. They have an excellent selection from sandwiches to fried chicken. I highly recommend their milk shakes. They offer a clean , safe, fun environment. Nothing but good things to say here!!!

This is my 2nd time coming to this location and they are closing earlier than the expected time. I came at 8:40 she said the grill is off which is weird because it shouldn’t be off until 9:30pm! I’ve worked at fast food before and know how it works. Just pure laziness and too eager to go home! Get a new job if you don’t want to work the whole shift!

I live in the neighborhood ever since the new owners arrived this place is 100x better. I found out they took over in mid April so if it’s a comment from a couple months ago or older it’s not them. Trust me this is the best tubbys I been too and the sandwich was so good and the bread was fresh 10/10
