I ordered a 18 inch pizza and I asked for it to be well done and I didn’t get a well done pizza. It was doughy. The toppings were falling off the cheese is like rubber. I called and spoke to the manager and they said that they can’t replace it or give me credit for the pizza because of the way it was cooked. Tubby was one of my daughter‘s favorite pizzas. We will not be ordering from there again.

BADDDD!! I spent over and alot was wrong they didnt make it right very rude ppl im disappointed I gave the driver 20 dollar tip to find out my stuff was wrong wasnt his fault but called and talked to some lady and a guy named Devon that didnt want to hear nothing I had to SAY GO SOMEWHER ELES food was cold no meat on my pizza sub bacon on my BLT im allergic to mushrooms and they was on my pizza this is the third time they got it wrong won’t be going ther again!

Ordered a pizza and ask for it well done. The pizza we received was thick and doughy. We called to get it replaced, ir a credit and offered to bring it back and was told they will not do either. They said they only remake if toppings are wrong will not be ordering from here again.

Total trash order the meatball sub ask them to add lettuce and banana peppers and paid for the extra toppings and you can look at the picture and see what I actually got. I called the store and I quote the system will only allow us to do a $10 credit. Never Again, will Tubby’s see my business

This place is upsetting,honestly I’m not even sure how to nicely put into words how I was treated last night I ordered 2 17” food overs and I waited 45mins to get the order witch was fine but when I got it it was so hard literally hard and so burnt if it were just me eating it I wouldn’t have cared but I have little babies so I called and the guy that answered was so rude I didnt even want my money back or anything I was simply trying to explain there was no way my kids could eat it..so he rudely told me he wasn’t going to help me basically saying he didn’t care about the kids now I bought 2 of these $40 and the food is currently in the trash I offered to walk it up there to show them I offered everything a person can and he was so rude..I don’t even want to give them a 1 star I don’t recommend this place at all especially if you have little children I would like to put the one in martsville is amazing the guy told me there wasn’t a corporate so I called that one and they did everything to try to help even tho it wasn’t a success they tried and I just loved that they cared for someone they didn’t make the food for she was so nice and sweet but this one is completely rude and don’t care at all about there customers

Super bad very very rude I paid over 100 dollars most things wer wrong they told me I was wrong! I also ordered BLT crumbles of bacon are u kidding me the older lady and the guy Devon very rude service I paid the delivery guy $20 tip its not his fault but they did not give me a recipe and would not make it right and the food was not fresh would not recommend! Last few times the pizza has been subpar, the wait times double what was told, and nearly impossible to get a “well done” pizza from here. Our first few experiences were amazing, So we have set the bar from the first few times we came here! I understand on game days it will be extra busy but why not give a realistic wait time? I was told 30 to 40 minutes for our pizza, I walked in at about 35 minutes into the order being placed, Just to be told that our pizza was about to go into the oven?!? Not a big deal if you just state this up front!? We will give them another try but hopefully have a better experience like the first few times! Their pizza is amazing when made correctly! Will update my review accordingly based on the next few times we re-visit!
