Hubby got to tubby burger and loved it! We drove from Tennessee back to Minnesota and stopped in for lunch. Great place and people are very nice. Maggie was our server and she was handling the lunch crowd on her own she remained calm and rolled with it. We now have this marked on our map so we stop in again when we travel to and from TN/ MN.

Fries cooked perfectly, and the burger was juicy and plump! Complements to the chef! I’m not a fan of smoke but it’s a bar so I accepted it.

What a nice watering hole with food. I ordered 6 tacos (3 per order). I was expecting to polish off all six but due to the amount of stuff in each taco, I could only do four. The cook won that round. The taco order also comes with corn chips which was not expected.
The two bar chicks were very customer friendly.
Anyway, from the Loves, it’s about a 26 minute walk/8 minute bike ride.

Got a lot of memories here, even from when the bar itself had a different name and ownership. Too many memories to even count and tell. Always a good time, pretty good food, and there’s always someone in here that I know personally. I’ve always had great service here, in the past and present both. Good place to just stop in on a random day for a bite to eat when you don’t feel like driving all the way to town.

Stopped in for lunch on the way to Hannibal and the food was delicious. The burger had real thick cuts of bacon on it which most places don’t do. The service was excellent as well, the owner was very accommodating. We will definitely be coming back!

We couldn’t have found any better bar than this one. The moment we walked in people said hi to us and then came over to our table to talk with us. Very good food also and great service. We will be back when we get the chance!
